WILLIAM LReservation foe u haul not at location drove around greenwood Abbeville the anderson going off what they said would have u haul and didn't then back ro greenwood finally got one after3 hrs of driving. And didn't have dolly reserved and had roaches in cup holder and in the back of y U haul. Was charged 100 for 1 days then was supposed to get 2 days plus 90 miles free for inconvenience so I really paid for 2 days and was not given the other 2 days.

They were accommodating when we asked them to put a key aside for my daughter to pick up on her moving day and remembered us when we went to pick up the key. The facility is very clean (even the bathroom!) and they have maps on the walls to help locate the units.

David HDrop off could not have been easier - it took us 5 mins flat to do so. We were met at the door when we pulled in, pointed immediately to a convenient spot to park the trailer, and then he even unhooked it for us. Truly a great experience!
Alexis SLong distance move. Moving blankets were promised but not left in truck for pick up. 28’ super mover, truck brakes felt worn. Truck pulled left needs an alignment. Trailer brakes felt non-existent when driving, had to put truck into manual to slow truck down quite a few times. Wish the mirrors would adjust very hard to see as I’m 6’4” and had to slouch over to the middle seat and lean half way up to the steering wheel to see out both windows to see behind truck and trailer safely. Was a pain on a 13 hour trip.

The truck was exceptionally clean and waiting at the front door when we got there. Brian even backed the truck into the dock for me because I was concerned about backing into a tight area. Overall this facility is well run kept very clean and the personnel are professional and provide exceptional service.

The manager of the facility put the reservation in for me months ago, but the young lady didn't see a reservation when I rented my storage unit. All of the staff has been very nice, but this creates an issue with reserving in the future.

However, I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay an additional $10.00 a month to use the facility after regular business hours. This was not told to me when I reserved the unit via the 1-800 number. Otherwise, I would have shopped around for other facilities that didn’t require the additional money. I feel that this additional charge does not help those who have a very tight budget like myself!!! I appreciate the facility’s location, its cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) and the security to enter the building.

Instead of just stoping the charge for the 1 unit I vacated, my entire "contract" was effectively cancled and a new one put inplace charging me the new 1 unit price. The man I dealt with was totally rude and unresponsive to my complaint. The staff I've dealt with since then have been courteous and respectful.
