Also my return time was after close so I was offered a free 24hour access to move my belongings in. Got there 2 minutes before closing g and was denied access? Called immediately and was told they didn't know anything about it. WOW seriously bad business.

Instead of just stoping the charge for the 1 unit I vacated, my entire "contract" was effectively cancled and a new one put inplace charging me the new 1 unit price. The man I dealt with was totally rude and unresponsive to my complaint. The staff I've dealt with since then have been courteous and respectful.
