Be more instructive. Walk the customer through the process. My experience lacked it. Not enough info. My experience was horrible. The address was a reslty place. Had no clue as to what , how n where to leave the truck nor keys. Place was closed in a deserted/dark area. My movers and I were irritated because we had to call n wait in this remote area to change truck drop off.

This is an impressive location. It is very large with indoor And outdoor storage. Every time I've been there is always just one person working. They are doing all they can but just can't keep up with the amount of customers. There is usually several people waiting' and I've always had to wait for service sometimes 20 minutes or more. The service is usually very good just a long wait. They really could use some help.

The employee that helped us, I think his name is Chris Garrett, was amazing. This is the 4th time we have used this location in 3 months. He was by far the best attendant. I hope he gets recognized by his supervisor. He was very professional!!!!!

Unfortunately my 8:30 pick up time wound up being closer to 11. The manager who came back from Anderson to open the store did a fantastic job of keeping his cool and helping everyone who had been waiting since 7.

I had an appointment for 9:00. The manager didn't show up until 9:20. The door was open so we let ourselves in to an empty building. I had workers I was paying, so this was a problem. He was in no rush to help. He didn't sanitize the key pad, stylus, or wear a mask. The inner gasket on the door of the truck fell off. He said not to worry, it happened all the time. The truck was filthy. I have pictures if you would like. I have rented trucks from you for the past year and this was by far my worst experience ever. will NEVER use this U-Haul location again.

I attempted to return the truck on line and was u able to do so. I was forced to drive 4 miles back to my home and 4 miles back to the store the next day. Each mile I was charged money for. It is ridiculous that I was charged money for Uhaul's error. When I arrived the next day the man working told me that he could not help me with my issue. I would need a manager to help me. I asked for the manager and he informed me that they don't work on Sunday's. In the end I found the whole experience frustrating and only about $15 cheaper than the competitors. Next time I will pay the $15 for better customer service.
