First of all I was doing a 24 hour rental but only used it for 6 hours. Then the truck makes allllllllllllllllllll kinds of noise from the breaks to the transmission. Then a truck that was supposed to be 39$ for 24 hours cost me 115$ that's a lot of hidden expenses.ISIAH N.

The customer service was GREAT but my storage unit ended up being infested by rodents. I followed instructions given to me. No soap nothing with a sweet smell. But when I came to gather my belongings mice droppings where everywhere. And I staked my items up and batea did spreading them out. A couple of things. The automatic light keep turning off while I was working at what I needed to do. Each time I had to stop and go find a sensor to get them back on again. Beyond frustrating. That alone would keep me from recommending the place to anyone. Second the alarm was triggered all the time! I’m in with my key card, they know who I am. What?!?! Great esperance, everyone was friendly. WAY better than other locations around Baltimore. However, the cashier was sick and still working. She had a runny nose and caught, she was wearing a mask, but you might want to ask employees to take sick time when they are sick. If you don't provide sick time or too little, provide more so folks don't feel obligated to come in when not feeling 100%.Michael P.

First the office smelled of weed. The data gf was not knowledgeable about pricing or the 24 hour access policy plus fee. The storage facility is filled with rat droppings. There are rats right Ning throughput the warehouse. I was asked to move my items onto a rat dropping filled room. For this infested facility needs a really bad exterminator. And all of the storage rooms had “Red” nonpayment tags on them. Which is more than half of the space that paying customers could have. This location typically does not have change for cash transactions. If you want to use cash for small purchase you will be surprised to find this out at the point of sale. If you insist on using cash then you will suffer the inconvenience and time wasting action of going elsewhere. Otherwise, a great location that always seems to have the truck that I need. While UHaul itself split my order between two stores and caused some confusion. The employee (who's name I managed to not get) was extremely helpful in getting me setup and out the door on time!
