Well the very first time I went was a bed impression. On June the 1st i believe I had to cancel my reservation and it was just terrible. But I went back 6/7/21 and the young man Jeffery was so helpful and polite, professional. He addressed me as I walked through the door. Now when I went to return the keys on 6/8/21 another guy Caucasian was on the phone as I walked in he had me standing there for a few and he was talking to someone about what he was going through by being there 2 shifts. Unprofessional he could have told the person he was talking with that he had a customer but instead he continued with his conversation not good in my eyes. But I stated I was in a hurry. He did apologized but things have to her better.Maria B.

The returner of 9ft cargo van left it unclean and filled the cabin all over w long haired animal hairs and dander everywhere in the front cab, All over the Seats and in the rear cargo section, which I had to sweep out. It took us some time yo get the van cleaned. The Wonderful Manager and Team Helped Me to Clean and Blow out and wipe down the effected areas, as I have asthma and am highly allergic to pets.CHERYL H.

Let's start at the beginning. REservation # 267750048....the truck was returned with damage. No other trucks to fit my needs at this location. I was contacted by a wonderful U-haul agent that worked with me and secured a discount, additional miles and a new reservation. Superior customer service ! Then when I arrived at Woodlawn I received even more fantastic customer service from the manager. She even went as far as helping me fill the tires on my handcart. When I returned the truck the lady who served me wasn't good. Customer service was poorROSTAND M.
The overall in-store customer service was pleasant and I was highly pleased with the worker who helped me! However when I returned my U-Haul truck to the site, the website stated that my session expired and the link was invalid. I returned the truck around 9:30 p.m. I also tried to submit a â€œforgot my passwordâ€ request to prove my checkout but the site never sent my password reset to my phone or email. I called customer service for immediate assistance. I was on hold with customer service for 42 minutes waiting for a representative to answer the phone. The staff member seemed uninterested to help me. He reported that he would notify the location that I dropped off the U-haul early but when I received my statement it reported that I dropped off the truck at 1 a.m. I think that the database should be checked for maintenance to ensure that the customer followed their contract and returned the vehicle on-time.Kiera K.
Great experience. I believe the young mans name was Chris. Please check. He was amazing. He helped me figure out what I needed and even booked me for another reservation a few days afterwards. He also Walked me out to my vehicle and was extremely polite. When I returned my vehicle the location was closed. A guy walked out to his car, saw me trying to scan to check in. He obviously saw I was having problems. I believe his name was Andy; he's a young African male. He asked me if I needed assistance and I looked around and said you're off of work aren't you? The place is closed and he told me that it did not matter that if I like he could help me. I was not able to check in with the app and he actually did it for me on his phone. I told him again he didn't have to I can figure it out because I knew he had just got off work and he told me that he was glad to help me and wanted to make sure that I was OK. He asked how the vehicle that I rented was and how it performed and asked how my service in renting it was. As I left and got into my vehicle I thought, my gosh who does this, this was amazing. Great service from someone who worked all day and was off the clock. I will definitely continue to use U-Haul and not Penske. Two great employees. Wish more were like that.Joshua R.
