Kelly C | Online Move InWent to retrieve my mother’s belongings, who had recently passed, and discovered that the storage unit had become a rat’s nest. The floor covered with rat droppings…each and every bag had been entered and contained rat droppings throughout each bag. There absolutely was not any contents of food in the storage unit, though rats had obviously been using the storage unit for housing. Disgusting and incredibly disappointing was my experience using the U-Haul storage facility. Mom’s belongings had to be salvaged during this disheartening time of loss!

Maria B | First ImpressionsThe staff never checked in my vehicle for return. This resulted in them saying I never returned vehicle even tho I returned at the correct time. Now I have a E alert. I tried to speak to staff about removing E alert and they hung up on me never returning a call. Poor service all around the bored. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone in the Woodlawn area.

ROGERR B | Overall ExperienceThere was major confusion when I went to secure the space. I was rented a space that was already had a renter as I had movers on the clock. Then I was told that I was going to get a bigger unit and pay for it when I only budgeted for the space I requested. The manager was not taking in any calls. I had to pay for an extra ($125.00)hours for my movers to wait until they could find a storage spot that was available. The assistant manager Maria was very apologetic but I am still asking for compensation for the hour extra I had to pay the movers.
