This location was great, however we had to go to this location because the first place confirmed for our pickup didn't have the truck we had reserved. This wasted a lot of time and caused paid movers to sit for an hour before we could get there with the truck for them to load. Lower the mileage price for one. The transmission was sticking in the truck I was given, and the windshield on the inside of the truck was dirty. The shocks on the truck could not handle the bumps while driving, and the dolly popped loose during the drive to return the truck. The truck rode extremely ruff.Rhonda W.

This location is hands down the best experience I have had with U-Haul in my 40 years of using them for moving. I could not belive how easy it was. Using the app allowed me to check in and check out fast. No line, no waiting. Having this experience took a lot of stress off my hands and was absolutely the best. Well the very first time I went was a bed impression. On June the 1st i believe I had to cancel my reservation and it was just terrible. But I went back 6/7/21 and the young man Jeffery was so helpful and polite, professional. He addressed me as I walked through the door. Now when I went to return the keys on 6/8/21 another guy Caucasian was on the phone as I walked in he had me standing there for a few and he was talking to someone about what he was going through by being there 2 shifts. Unprofessional he could have told the person he was talking with that he had a customer but instead he continued with his conversation not good in my eyes. But I stated I was in a hurry. He did apologized but things have to her better.Maria B.

The returner of 9ft cargo van left it unclean and filled the cabin all over w long haired animal hairs and dander everywhere in the front cab, All over the Seats and in the rear cargo section, which I had to sweep out. It took us some time yo get the van cleaned. The Wonderful Manager and Team Helped Me to Clean and Blow out and wipe down the effected areas, as I have asthma and am highly allergic to pets.CHERYL H.

During the past couple of years I have used different U-Haul storage facilities in several states along the East Coast. This is by far the best managed facility of them all. The staff went out of their way to help me and they were always courteous. The storage unit was clean. I chase usual because I was moving to another state and needed temporary convenient storage which they provided with the first month free of cost. When I arrived there the storage was inside a building and not outside like they told me. I am 80 and my wife is 76 and we couldn’t unload our truck until we found storage ourselves thirty miles away. I think we were deceived by uhaul and overcharged because we rented the truck based on free first month outside storage convenient to our destination. It was a traumatic experience to say the least after putting our trust in uhaul. The entire staff was very accommodating, helpful and understanding. I'm really grateful. The only issue I had was with one of UHaul's rules about storage rental, which has nothing to do with the staff or their performance. The rule is the "alternate contact" rule, which states the alternate contact a renter provides must have a different address and phone number than the renter. I noticed a lot of empty units in the same size I rented so I ask why was I put so far away when there were available units closer. I was told that those were rented but had not come in yet. I want to know why someone who has not come can get a closer unit when I came first. We as customers cannot pick a location so how does that work. I have a heart condition and feel that if the space is empty it should be rented first come first served.
