I have rented 3 times from u-haul in the last 15 months & was ready to use a different company but now I found a location I love. Please don't change anything. Excellent facility!! Clean, easy access. Moving is always a pain, but the staff and facilities here made it a much easier experience. Still a lot of work, but much easier. Wide hallways, dollies available for use, secure. Kelly and Frank are first rate. Very helpful, friendly. Would rate it "outstanding" if it were an option. This is a good place.

Very impressed on how easy it was to rent a trailer and then when returning, a 1-2-3 done. Renting a storage unit was very easy and Frank was an excellent staff and patient who answered a lot of questions on the phone and helped us get into a unit as fast as possible. Thank you

Kelly and Frank were terrific. Frank went so far as to bring the truck to this location so we wouldn't have to travel to pick it up. They are an asset to your organization. The customer service they both showed was Friendly and Helpful. Something you don't always get now a days.

The older gentleman I believe his name is Frank, in the end was the reason I didn’t leave. The employee which I wont name. Didn’t seem like he really knew what he was doing. I was interested in the 24 hour access that’s advertised and I was told they don’t do that there unless it’s a unique situation. Near the end of my visit Frank told the guy “you’re going to fast” bc he forgot to have me sign the contract. The response of the employee was “well I have things to do.” I admit I got there a little late in the day. However, the directions I received from google sent me to a Mexican restaurant at first which is why i didn’t arrive until 30 mins to close. In the end the employee seemed as if he’d be happier if I had just left but Frank is the reason I didn’t.

Better directions on finding the identification number on the vehicle, I.e. this is your key and ID number for the vehicle, you'll find the ID # on the top of the vehicle by the lift gate.” Just because it took us a little bit to find the ID #. Otherwise wonderful service and people.

Excellent except she didnt clear us out when we took our things out. She took the card back from us but did not record that we were out of the unit . We do have a receipt from that day we took our stuff out though cause we rented a truck for our move out of the area for Jan 6th and have the receipt for it. We checked out of that unit the same day. Over all it was the cleanest and well kept place we have EVER used

Only one matter,to make a reservation by phone its a nightmare 0ver 30 minutes waiting no body pick up the phone ,only early in the morning I was able to to reserve by phone . By that time not able to complete reservation by the internet.

A little better and friendlier customer service needed. When your associate sounds upset at the customer after possibly a misunderstanding relating to contact info, even after I made them aware of their sounding upset towards me for no reason. Finally your associate calms down and the transaction was done in a more sensitive and kinder way. No need to sound aggressive on the phone especially when I the customer had no idea what was going on. Maybe listen and approach lighter next time.

My ONLY teeny, tiny complaint is that the return site wouldn't pick up our location, so we weren't able to complete the return on there. Otherwise, everything was great! The gentleman that was there at pick up was slammed with a bunch of people at once, but he was still extremely friendly and efficient. I would definitely rent here again!

I have been a customer of this UHaul location for over a year. The staff is the best. Kelly, the manager, is great and the staff she employs is wonderful. They are always so friendly and I always feel like Norm from Cheers when I have to go into the office. The customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered. Each time I have had to rent a vehicle, it's been an easy process and the vehicle has been spotless. I have recommended this location to several of my friends for their moving needs.
