Both doors were fucked up and locked me out. I wanted a truck and reserved it and they gave it to someone else. Never ever using U-Haul again

The driveway entrance from Maple Street was purposely blocked, and it's much easier to use than the Erie Ave entrance, coming from the south. The buildings main entrance doors are currently not being used. My guess is because of the pandemic maybe? I walked all the way around the building before I found the entrance that was being used.

This was the second time this year I needed to rent a truck and dolly. Checking in and out went smooth and quick. The equipment was in good shape.I ended up needeing the truck a day longer and I had to call several times with long waits(5 minutes) for someone to answer phone.

I was made to pay an entire months rent on my storage unit after only using it 5 days. I was told it would prorate, well that was a lie. I will never use uhaul for anything ever again!!

This is one of my favorite locations, facility is always upkept and staff is always so happy to help. Logan and Gary made my day yesterday. The store has definitely been on the uprising since new management came in, can definitely see a difference

There was a mistake in my charge, where I was charged for an extra day. Upon seeing this and emailing customer service, the site manager called me first thing this morning to correct it. This sort of prompt response and excellent customer service is why I keep returning to Uhaul whenever I need to rent a truck

Employee was very rude. Reserved online for an open trailer and was assigned a closed trailer. Showed rep my reservation and what I ordered. He said the system showed the other. Kid who was to hook up the equipment was combative verbally and arrogant. This was not a pleasant experience.

we ask where we return it too which was set at at booking. and he stated anywhere. which was not true i told him that it was a set location he said no we can return it anywhere.. would not return to this location ever when they mislead you.

I was not given my promotional first month free. Also my key card did not work so I was unable to access my unit except during business hours. Also the property thinks it is okay to change the locks on your unit without notifying you. So just another way to not being able to assess your unit outside normal business hours.

The experience was pretty easy. I booked online, showed up on the day to pick up the trailer. I dropped it off the next day. Seamless and easy. it was a value to use U-Haiul. Five stars!

You charged me for insurance that I did not approve of, was never even asked am I didn't need it! I think I should of been informed of the charge before not after I turned the uhaul in!

The customer service rep was nice, but could have done a better job than just handing me a key. The fuel gauge was different tha n the paperwork. I went back in and he simply drew a new line and initialed it instead of correcting in the system. It caused a problem at the other end. Luckily, the FL rep was awesome.

Our process was smooth and the people were helpful and friendly! Thanks for making the pick up/drop off process a good one. I will say I was on hold for 20+minutes to change my reservation time --but this is not a local issue it is a HQ call center concern! I don't think one can call the local branch.

There was issue when I came to pick up the truck/van. I had reserve the truck two days earlier (Thur.) When I returned Saturday there was no truck reserved in my name or phone number. Fortnitley there was two other trucks available.

I was at the Hamilton Ohio I don't know what his name is ! Maybe Steve .. and he runs that place by his self no problems doing it . He needs more help but he sure can do it his self if needs to be . Very nice .

truck was worst i've ever driven. vibrated and shook at low speeds. i don't believe anyone inspected this prior to me renting. very disappointing experience. engine smelled like oil and could also smell gas from inside cab. the dolly (which i didn't use was not the one advertised.

On a busy holiday weekend, one of the two people scheduled didn't show up. I realize that isn't the fault of the business. My issue is that on a busy holiday weekend, even two people might have been less than required. I waited in line probably 45 minutes after having done everything except pay online.

Gentleman working was VERY nice, but only one there, 10-12 customers there at one time. Company nickel dimes you! 10 for this, seven for that...$39 rent was over $110! Lot is small and hard to maneuver around.

All the staff was friendly and nice but the guy who checked me in was extremely slow at his job and the experience was bad because all the extra info he asked me could have been done online when I booked the reservation and storage unit. I was in a hurry and between this guy doing everything super slow (even typed slow with one finger at a time) and having to provide more information put me behind schedule. Very unprofessional. The other staff members greeted me when I came in with smiles and kindness but this guy was straight faced and slow at his job.

The halls were well lit, however, inside the units were extremely dark. The inside of the unit also had rat/mouse traps which I would have preferred to be informed about head of time.

The ramp to second floor is very steep which can be a bit of a challenge with transporting heavier items with or without a cart. Same with the uneven gap between loading ramp and where back of truck pulls up. Staff was nice and professional. Units and building were clean. Access codes at all areas worked well

This location is fine and we had an okay experience. Only thing is I would recommend either mask or better respect of 6 feet social distancing when employees show locks or other interactions with costumers when not behind the desk.

My only issue was being on the top floor and having to move things up and back down the steep incline with my stuff. That was just too much for me. If I was younger I probably wouldn't have struggled with it. But since I'm not....this chick struggled! Lol Great staff. No other issues. Thanks!
