When your employee is dealing with a customer maybe they should put their phone away and not be texting while a paying customer is there and then on facetime while hooking up a trailer. Biggest complaint is what a waste of time to do a reservation on the phone or online and then still have to do the same information when you go there to pick up the trailer

Rude manager took the relays out of the truck so then i had to keep it another night and had to pay for it when I couldn't even use it was talked to like crap and they made it sound like I was stealing the truck

Tell me how to return the vehicle. I didn't realize where to return it and turned into the wrong driveway and then had to back up and turn around this big van to get out of the parking lot and enter via the desired entryway.

Office Staff was super nice and accommodating. Made sure the truck we got was filled with gas (as some were not). We had lots of stops to make with very little daylight and didn't want to stop for gas. The Uhaul app did not work when I tried to return it (after hours, 10pm) so that was a bit frustrating, not knowing whether an email with the pictures needed being attached would be sufficient, but it was fine.

I started out having a surprisingly positive experience upon picking up my trailer. I had an issue where the left blinker was not working on the trailer. The staff member went above and beyond to assist in finding my fuse box, and even provided a spare fuse to replace mine, free of charge. I was deeply impressed. Once I got home and started loading the 12 foot tandem axle trailer with ramp, I noticed that there was either manure of dirt remnants inside. That I could deal with. However, the real issues started upon returning the trailer. After I pulled into the parking lot, I realized the gate to the area where I originally picked up the trailer was inexplicably closed. The best thing to do at that point (besides staff opening the gate) would have been to turn around where I was at and disconnect the trailer. However, "Asher" a boy with seemingly infinite wisdom, directed me to pull along side the gate, between a pole and a fence connected to the gate. Upon doing so, I could not go further forward, leaving the back of the trailer partially blocking the gated area. I could not turn right, as there was a fence. I could not turn left, as there were 3 staff cars parked there. The only option would be to later reverse a tandem axle trailer with about 2 feet to spare between the previously mentioned obstructions. I sat parked and waited while Asher helped a customer reverse a trailer behind me (like how I should have done before being directed into a dead end). After about 5 minutes of waiting, a second customer pulled a trailer next to the first, ensuring that there was no way I would have enough space to reverse and pull out, even if I navigated between the previously mentioned obstacles. To make matters worse, Asher decided to assist the second customer, who arrived after me, and who was now blocking me in, before returning to assist me as promised. I exited the car to let him know I was still waiting and had arrived first. He started to tell me to turn to the side... when I stopped him. I said I can't turn to any side, and now that he was helping someone else block me, I can't reverse. I said he should have just opened the gate and let me pull in there. I then stated that I would be leaving the trailer exactly where it was located, as it was now my only option. He then walked away leaving me to disconnect the trailer. I should point out that I did not swear, I did not insult him, and I did not raise my voice. However, Asher's feelings were hurt by me calling him out for making multiple bad decisions. He eventually returned as I struggled to lift the trailer off of the ball. I again pointed out that I had arrived first and he chose to help someone else. He informed me that this was because the other person was not being rude to him. Rather than debate the merits of being rude versus standing up for myself being an inconvenienced customer, and point out that he was assisting the other customer before I even exited my car ("to

Excellent service at this location! The first time was a year ago when I dropped off a 26’ truck plus auto transporter after moving from the PNW. This second time was a 3-day in-town move and BOTH times the employees were courteous, honest & jovial. Big pluses in my book! We’d definitely recommend this store!
