I had great experience with this location. A few days ago, I had tow hitch and wiring installed very quickly. Then today, I picked up motorcycle trailer. A guy who has been helping me with connected the trailer and it was just good. People are nice and seems to really care about customers and I think they gave me pleasant experience. Although there are closer uhaul near me, I would use this location from now on simply because people work here are great. Big thanks to the man who dealt with me and the man installed my hitch quickly and ladies who took care of return super quickly. Please give them raise. They work hard.Akifumi S.

After I paid almost $90 for two days of rental. I brought the van back 1 hour early with a full tank of gas. When I went in to drop the key off all I was told is â€œI will email you your receipt.â€ The next day I have two additional charges. I call to ask why. I was told those are normal charges. I told them if they were normal charges then they need to tell people up front those â€œnormalâ€ charges will be on your account the next day.MACHELLE S.

There is no light in our unit, which made it very difficult to see. I had to use my phone’s flashlight feature and direct it to the spots where items were being placed. Everything was excellent however the truck was not. There was something wrong with the truck we had. It sounded really bad and it was getting up to 3000rpm when there was no reason for it. It has a hard time shifting gears is what it sounded like.Sabrina S.

U Haul checkout on the web could be simplified just by asking one question - Do you require any other material, equipment or manpower for your job? If YES takes you to the current options. If NO takes you to check out. Not a good marketing ploy but easier for the customer.Athula E.

The only issue I had was with the return. I tried to log in to return the truck and submit the mileage and pictures of the gas and inside area. The system would not allow me to submit the pictures due to a system error. Then I had to try again. It appeared to work however, I was later charged a fee the next day. I would caution that your system needs to be maintained so that people can properly submit what is required. You cannot charge for a problem created by your system.MICHELLE M.

Well the general manager was very rude and so was the female sales associate. The manager called me after I called customer service to extend my truck rental and they were supposed to extend til the next Monday night and didn't. So the manager calls me and gets rude with me and cussed me and then he hung up on me. The customer service line was no help as I was on the line for 2 hours and talked to 3 different people. I finally asked for whoever was in charge and I was told to call the president of that location and did so. The President was very nice and helpful. I just wish everyone there was as nice as he was. I won't be renting from that location ever again. I do not recommend that location. I also heard from someone later that they had the same problem with the same manager. Personally I don't think a 19 year old has any business being a store manager especially with his temper. He should be demoted or fired after treating multiple people this way. The disrespect was too much. I'm a customer and don't deserve that kind of treatment after I spent every penny I had on the truck and the storage unit. Over $300 and I got treated horribly other than the president. I advise to not go to this store period.Samantha H. | Overall Experience

The truck was is terrible condition. I contested it from every angle. The brakes worked but made a weird sound a couple of times. The roof of the back was destroyed. You could see the damage from the inside. I made a point to have someone sticker the truck and it took a whole lot. But the pictures online looked brand new and didn't even have the same bumper in the pictures. My pack of Furniture covers was short a cover. I called to get It fixed was told I would be reimbursed but got transferred and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered even though the recording said around 3 minutes. Overall it was an ok experience but I would not say good.TONI H.
The guy who rented me the uhaul was awesome but the dude that rang me through when I returned it was a punk. Charge me another 1.05 after me just explaining that I had over filled the truck. I would have paid that extra money on that mile if they would had reimbursed me for filling the truck tank all the way up.RODNEY P.
