I had to move from my home of 19 years to a apt storage was needed, been with U-haul 6 years an they always have been great 👍🏻 I never had a bad word with any employee, everyone was always nice an friendly helpful. The area was always clean an always easy access. Thank you to Breanda an her team for taking care of my things 😄

Will never want to deal with the same employee again.

Susan D.the staffs don't have etiquette. I saw it in several U-Haul branches. it seems the company just offering cheap salaries and therefore some UN-mature employees applying for that and company also not care about discipline.
Babak B.Not a great experience at this location. We had some issues and asked for the manager and we were told there was no way to contact her. After having to argue with the under trained staff, we received a number. The manager was extremely rude and the matter was escalated. We never received any follow up on our complaint from head office - and we’re told that if we were lying, we would be black listed from Uhaul. I’ve had great customer service at other locations, but definitely not this one. I would not recommend Uhaul - no one should be treated as we were.

BETTY I. | First ImpressionsThere was no lighting in the unit. The people in the office were not at all friendly. Snow removal was horrible we were in the end building and sometimes couldn’t get in. When asked about it in the office we were told it’s self storage. And snow removal wasn’t that easy for them to do.

I believe it was extremely unprofessional for someone to have been smoking in the unit beside mine on a lawn chair. Everytime we had seen her or had to deal with this woman directly she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She would cut us off and not heat our problem out fully. I want to reiterate that the rest of the staff was nice and helpful. For the sole fact of this one woman I wouldn’t recommend this Uhaul to anyone. The guys working there should definitely get a raise that’s for sure.

A much higher rating would have been given had there not been a significant amount of mouse s h i t, at first noticed on ghe floor and then when emptying the unit, on my furniture, the couches, inside empty dresser drawers. Born and raised on farm it does not freak me out, and is kinda expected.

I brought back the truck back Sunday evening because it stalled so much I was over charged. This location need to inspect their vehicles before they leave the place the radio does even work. Yet they charging me so much $. I want my refund back they need to have better customer service representatives. Mark M.Don't lie about the contract. I was told if I bring the truck back earlier I get a refund for the extra days it was booked (7 days, return in 5, refund for 2). After I returned it, called to ask about where is my refund because I received the email for miles/km of extra charges. They said I don't get a refund because it was a one way truck. Which your uhaul rep told me was the only truck available so I had to go to brantford pickup the truck, drive back to Hamilton, (was given some free km), load up in Hamilton, move to brantford, then return it in Hamilton. Waste of gas but no problem. Called uhaul they told me no because it's a one way truck there's a “flat fee†for number of days booked. Which I was never told about. I thought I'd be unloading alone that's why I had it booked for a few days more, but when I moved on Thursday I ended up hiring a couple guys to help me unload quicker, yet I wasn't given my money back for the 2 days early return. Had I known I wouldn't get my refund I would have kept the truck until Saturday. You guys lied to me and frauded me out of 2 days worth of rent. I've rented so many trucks and trailers from you, this is how they treat loyal customers. Good on you.

The truck wasn't gross but there was coffee all over the cup holders. And the passenger reverse light was out so made it a little harder backing up in the dark...

Mohi M.We rented a pick up truck and the passenger sit was full of dog hair. I took my car and followed my husband instead. Plus the bed of the pick up truck was dirty with dry up mud and sand with lots of screws, bolts and small parts all over the bed of the pick up truck. We only had to pick up some a BBQ in a box. If I had to pick up stuff that could have gotten dirty I wouldn't taken the pick up truck and asked for another truck that was clean.

This was extremely inconvenient because I specifically rented from uhaul to have pick up and storage at the same location. I had to drive 45 mins extra and lost 1 hour of my rental time because of this. I am extremely upset with this process because it costed me time and money.
