A few concerns I did have though: - When initially occupying the unit, I was charged for a lock I never took. Staff had promised to refund me for the unused lock, but task was never completed. - Office smells of cigarette smoke.

Not even go online and check with your one 800 number search stuff. Very disappointed. I've been using U-Haul for a very very long time. That will be coming to an end. I am storage stuff at units all over the place. This location and the last occasion no help.....
Timothy L. | First ImpressionsI received an email stating my rent was going up by around $50. That's quite a jump and part of the reason for leaving. I was left on hold a few times for around 20 minutes each time and ended up having to hang up and call back. But they did assist me with my issues when I did finally get to talk to them. Perhaps a phone system that reminds that there's a phone call still on hold would be beneficial. Thanks for everything though and I would still recommend you.
