I rented a van and storage unit at the same time and they gave me 2 different locations. One location to pick up the van and the other was where my storage unit was. This was extremely inconvenient because I specifically rented from uhaul to have pick up and storage at the same location. I would not only not recommend this location to a friend, I just wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anybody. I am severely disappointed, I confirmed to have a 15' truck rented and they gave me a 10' truck, declined searching if there's any in stock at another Uhaul location, and wasn't apologetic at all. I was just told I'll have to use the 10' truck. So not only did I have to move with DOUBLE the amount of loads, I had to pay for double the amount of KMs and double the amount of gas. Extremely disappointed. I will not be using U-haul again.Thomas V.

Rented trailer. Ensure proper ball size on hitch of two inches. Unfortunately I had a 2 and 5/16 inch ball. Trailers could not accommodate this. Fortunately I was able to get access to one and complete the task schedule. Overall experience with Uhaul was good however.Patrick P.

There is no customer parking and the pick up location and the nearest parking is across an intersection. It's obviously not too difficult to park and walk over but I don't see why a truck rental place would be designed with no customer parking. Truck I wanted for a one way trip wasn't available so I was forced to return the truck within 24 hours which meant I had only until 9am the next day to get it back without having to pay another days rental. We all know moving is time consuming which is why I booked a one way trip, that way the evening of the move I could drop off the truck at my leisure. Instead I had to get up after a long move and drive the truck back to the city I moved from this meant, more gas which I incurred a fee for because I didn't have enough time to gas up. The lady at the desk was rude when I asked if there was a direct number to reach the office instead of having to navigate the seemingly endless phone menu. When I returned the gentleman tons me he'd give me a break on the gas free considering the mishap (cancelling my one way trip the night before my move date) and would only charge me 40 instead of 68 dollars. He says "of your credit card is on file I can just charge you, so you can go if you want". And like an idiot I trusted that. Look at the bill to see I was charged 50 for the gas instead of 40. The onsite manager was very unfriendly and no help at all, I asked if I could park my car in the spot that I was removing the u-haul truck from and she said they have no parking available for customers and suggested I park across the street in the Harvey's parking lot. (is Harvey's aware that they are sending all of their customers to park in their lot?) I paid for a dolly to be included with the truck rental and there wasn't one, I brought this up when I returned the truck and was completely ignored, they brushed off the no dolly question and insisted that I didn't put enough gas in and charged me an extra $17. I drove 20 kilometres, so I put $15 in when I returned it, I admit I was being a bit cheap and should have just put and even $20 in, but they suggested that I didn't put any in. The gas gage was not full when I received it, but I didn't take a picture, but the gas that I put in, put it back to the same level it was at, even a bit higher.Dean A.
Besides giving me a truck that only had a quarter full of gas, then telling me it's a gas guzzler. I then took it to a gas station the recommended and put 150$ with 1 32$ per litre of gas in it. I used a quarter of gas coming and going to Mississauga. I realize that there is a gauge on how to work fuel consumption in the office as well as the vehicle.. But for a new renter is rather confusing and daunting..had I known the vehicle would not have used that much.. I would have only spent 75$ to half fill it.VICTORIAANNE H.
