Work on your computer system

Ronald GI am not a fan of the app check in policy. The staff graciously checked me in which I deeply appreciated. It was explained that they stopped checking people in over a year ago. You need to go back to offering the personal touch. Not everyone is savvy in or like having a million apps on their phones due to digital crime.
SUSAN HI received a piece of equipment in poor condition; I have photos taken beforehand showing that it appears to have been involved in a previous accident. It was my mistake to have accepted it in that state. During transport, a taillight came loose due to the equipment's poor condition, and I was charged as if I had broken it myself. I do not recommend this service.
Samuel mWhen I picked-up my vehicle to rent, the app did not let me take photos of the van before leaving. I had the location permissions on and it kept saying access was denied. The van I was renting also kept saying that an oil change was required, and the employee told me they check the oil so I shouldn't worry about that. I was still worried about it because that doesn't come on unless the van needs serviced.

James JI’ve rented from this location several times in the last few months and it’s been a very good experience; however, the man that was working there yesterday made it unpleasant. There was a line of customers and it was uncomfortable listening to him speak to the customers ahead of us as though they were stupid, bothering him, and somehow not worthy of his time. So would I recommend this location to others? Not if this individual was the one behind the counter.

Kevin VTrevor went above what I expected. I had used a uhaul in levittown pa to buy my hitch with ball. Turns out they didn't install it properly. Trevor identified a safety problem and fixed it. This could of been a major issue but was saved by Trevor's knowledge and experience. Super satisfied and will definitely use this location again!

Martin LUhaul rep great but I don't appreciate that I have to do all the paperwork online. The rep does nothing and I have to complete all the data on the UHAUL site. Again, nothing against the rep, it's about the process. It's absolutely terrible!!!!!

I needed round trip and figured it would be a fee, but the ridiculousness of having to drive 71 miles extra round trip was dirty. There were other uhauls closer but thats what robbing other is about. I am soo financially Fckd by Uhaul with this move, I will never recommend them to anyone. My bad review wont mean shit I already know but thank you Uhaul, next time I move I definitely wont be calling you. You absolutely suck ass.

Javian BI can’t believe how well the young man handled the store by himself!! He took care of people on the phone, on the app, and in person without waiting! He never got frustrated, or irritated and was very pleasant. He even helped me when hitch wiring was not working. You are lucky to have him!
ED N1. The 4x8 Trailer had a metal bar at the top of the tailgate with a sharp edge/ I stood up too fast, and isntead of a small bump,. I ha a three inch gash in my skull. The metal should have been encased in rubber or had a broad piece of metal, not an edge. I am very lucky I wasn;t seriously injured. 2. It was an older trailer, but it had only a few accessible tiedown slots. The ones in the side were two small to catch a hook or p[ass a rope through.

Steven HI was charge for gas that was only at 50miles at purchase as well as a cleaning fee when the truck already had trash when I picked up. I was in a rush and time crunch so didn’t think it was anything to report to staff.
JaTae FI recived excellent service. I suggest the Key Drop box be under a roof- it was raining when I dropped off and accessing the QR code on the box was difficult in the rain- ( and not pleasant to stand in the rain to inititae the process) ! Otherwise - great experience.

Jian CThe kid who helped me means well but is not very bright or good at his job. The process to upgrade from a 5x9 unit to a 10x10 unit took about 45 minutes. He didn't know how to do things in the computer, the touhpad for the credit card didn't work, he texted links to my wife who wasn't inside the store instead of to me, he tried to charge me for another lock when I didn't need one, I had to scan my DL three times, etc. Then, to top it off, he told me the new unit was all the way across the street in another building, despite my repeated requests to get one near the current 5x9 unit. So I agreed to rent a truck for $20 to move all of the heavy furniture we had in the unit. But once we loaded the truck and drove across the street down to the other facility, I saw the unit number he gave me was not on any of those units. So I went back up to the office and he told me he was confused and it was actually right next to my existing unit - which was what I had requested more than an hour prior. Fortunately, he did refund me the $20 for the truck, but then we basically drove right back up to where we loaded it and unloaded it into the new unit. That kid really should go work in a gas station because this was a very frustrating experience. Either that, or he needs to be supervised at all times because he called his boss at home during the agonizing process and still managed to screw the whole thing up.

TROY SI rented a motorcycle trailer to transport a new motorcycle from a dealer to my home. It took me 20 minutes to complete the purchase and paperwork of the motorcycle. It took the u- haul rep over 45 minutes to issue the trailer. I was waiting in line for over 40 minutes for the desk computer, for the transaction to be completed. This is an unacceptable waste of precious time. This was not the store reps fault. He was trying to be helpful. Please fix your systems and value your customers time. Thanks

Carlos U4 x 8 trailer had a bad tire when picked up. Thought the trailer just rode rough when lightly loaded, which is what the store in Harrusburg told us, so we kept going but tire failed on highway in NC.

For the past 2-3 years you all have been slowly increasing our rent without notice or reason, despite calling and requesting an explanation. You all were quick to ask for the monthly fee, while pretending to maintain a clean facility. We will be filing an official complaint. However, Dwayne was extremely helpful , closed us out and his customer service skills — top tier! He deserves a raise just for working at this location.
