I was very satisfied with the process to pick up the vehicle and also turn it in The dishonest part was the paperwork that the man showed me for the gas was noted at a particular level, but when I got in the truck and turned the truck on, I took a picture, It was a notch to the right of half a tank . That’s what I filled it up to ……when I brought it back !!!!! they charged me extra for the gas !!!! I dispute that and the photo I have , disputes what the paperwork reflected so for that I would say yes , it’s a good location a good service but they’re dishonest in this way !!!!!! and I would explain it to them that way….. Just beware !!!!!!!!!

The manager on duty is unfit to be in that position. He gets aggressive and agitated when customer are seeking service. The app is terrible, so customer have to go into the office to seek assist. Only to be met by a rude punk!!

My truck would not start because malfunction of the key. Repair didn’t get there until 12:15am while I was sleeping because I had to be at work the next morning at 6:30am. I couldn’t move so I had to finish moving after my shift which ended at 6:30pm. So the truck was late bringing it back. I talked to Dustin and he said I wouldn’t be charged but I was anyways !!!

The GM Trevor was extremely helpful with the move in and out process. The facility was well maintained and overly secure! No issues accessing my unit. And the one year pricelock was the biggest factor in using UHaul. I've used other places and within that one year window the "lowest" rate around had almost tripled. The consistent pricing was a big help with my budget. Will use again if and when needed

Very satisfied with our U Haul experience. Trevor Kriner was very helpful thru the whole process. He made everything easy to do. Only negative was the moving company we contacted to assist in the move (Magnificent Mighty Movers ) did not show up to unload the truck as contracted. We had to scramble to find someone to help us unload at the last minute. I would take them off your list of recommended movers.

Everything I come to this location to rent a trailer, the representative states..you have to make a reservation..while he's in front of you ..so your actually doing double work..by making the reservation and then sitting down for him to go over it again. Very time consuming and frustrating, when you go to other locations, they take 5 minutes and your out the door. Hopefully the process can be remedy for future customers also. Overall it's a good.

Requiring users to check in and out solely on the app is a major disappointment. It took way too long for the U-Haul rep to call and confirm everything. If the employee at the U-Haul store was allowed to check us in it would have gone a lot faster. Will think long and hard about using U-Haul again for truck rental if the process stays the same requiring app usage.

The truck overall was clean except for a tarry substance painted along the edge of the truck where the door closed. Footprints were formed on much of the truck floor from previous individuals stepping on the sticky substance. I covered the length of the opening with clear tape to prevent this tarry stuff from being tracked into my house and my daughter's apartment on the other end.

The kid who helped me means well but is not very bright or good at his job. The process to upgrade from a 5x9 unit to a 10x10 unit took about 45 minutes. He didn't know how to do things in the computer, the touhpad for the credit card didn't work, he texted links to my wife who wasn't inside the store instead of to me, he tried to charge me for another lock when I didn't need one, I had to scan my DL three times, etc. Then, to top it off, he told me the new unit was all the way across the street in another building, despite my repeated requests to get one near the current 5x9 unit. So I agreed to rent a truck for $20 to move all of the heavy furniture we had in the unit. But once we loaded the truck and drove across the street down to the other facility, I saw the unit number he gave me was not on any of those units. So I went back up to the office and he told me he was confused and it was actually right next to my existing unit - which was what I had requested more than an hour prior. Fortunately, he did refund me the $20 for the truck, but then we basically drove right back up to where we loaded it and unloaded it into the new unit. That kid really should go work in a gas station because this was a very frustrating experience. Either that, or he needs to be supervised at all times because he called his boss at home during the agonizing process and still managed to screw the whole thing up.

We have lost over 75% of our belongings due to rat droppings and urine in our unit. We now know why you all have that big blue dumpster out back — for customer’s lost belongings due to a poorly managed facility. After 12 years of renting from you guys, we expected a higher quality of service and better management of our storage unit. For the past 2-3 years you all have been slowly increasing our rent without notice or reason, despite calling and requesting an explanation. You all were quick to ask for the monthly fee, while pretending to maintain a clean facility. We will be filing an official complaint. However, Dwayne was extremely helpful , closed us out and his customer service skills — top tier! He deserves a raise just for working at this location.

The unit had a wasps nest and I was stung by a wasp which I am allergic to and to be medicated quickly. I removed my credit card and it kept taking out charges instead of the card I replaced it with. Then I rented a truck several days before moving all belongings out of the unit and we returned the truck only to receive a letter saying we were late with our storage unit which we had alerted we moved when we turned in the truck.

I was very disappointed in the dimensions of unit 1261. Due to an 2' x 1' outcropping on back wall along with wooden crossbeams along the top. It is at best 4' x 5' x ~6.5'. This is not a dispute; rather, an observation about misinformation in the unit description. I expect a call from representative to correct this issue. Three stars as average for move in ease vs. not as stated in description.

Was never given a fob the alarm goes off but no one gets alerted Could just open door to area and anyone could walk into area, not secure at all No one answers phone at office Took over 2 weeks and then finally had to go to close out order No one returns calls

My only issue was that my storage facility was not available externally, but that was just a misunderstanding on my part. It was clearly labeled as interior, so I don't know what I was thinking, but I will know in the future!

The experience with the storage unit was excellent. The move out experience on your website was horrible. Every time I got done with the process, the final screen would say my session had expired. I tried using the chat and after the tech read my problem, she disconnected the chat. I verified I was still online so internet was not the issue. I tried from both my cell phone Via cell tower and my laptop via cable modem. I finally had to go to the store in person to move out.

The two gentlemen at the counter were unprofessional like they didn’t really care! And the card reader system didn’t work. Paying $170mo for storage You would spect a nice customer service!!!

Only issues was that every time I opened the units door the alarm sounded. I assume my card was not reading as it should. Not a problem for me, if an alarm sounds, does anyone come to investigate?

I believe I was robbed! I was told I would receive a refund by the staff. I should have received a pro rated refund for usages not used. The staff needs to keep their communication straight.
