Dealing with U-Haul was terrible. The App, dispatch people seemed uninformed . Overall I was not impressed. At one time I had 4 different open orders for my 3 pods. One order had all 3 pods on them. I was very confused. The local U-Haul associates were frustrated as well because it seemed corporate was hog tied them from helping me and customers out .

REZA HNone of the equipment I ordered for the truck was on the truck yet I was charged for it. Dolly’s box rollers not the blankets. The truck was parked in a muddied area and almost bogged down before leaving the location.
Aliyah FI understand that it is getting close to holiday, but i reserve the truck days in advance. My assigned truck was parked in between all the other trucks. THERE WAS NO POSSIBLE WAYS TO EVEN GET THE TRUCK OUT. It had other trucks blocking all four directions. That was stupid. I was on hold waiting for a customer service from the scheduling department for OVER AN HOUR. It was disappointing, the key was all ready for me to pick up but the truck was not. I wasted two hours of my life at the parking lot trying to figure something but nothing worked. I am disappointed and pissed. If you guys didn’t want me to pick up the truck during a holiday, could of simply let me know and cancel my reservation

MICHAEL FI have used your location twice. My first experience was horrible. I had 6 containers all together and asked for 2 of them to be delivered. After late delivery, I found out that another customers boxes were delivered to me instead of mine. Had to wait again to have the incorrect boxes returned and the correct ones delivered (also had to reschedule movers). Uhaul customer service was extremely rude to me over the phone and acted like the wrong delivery was my fault. I just had my remaining containers delivered a week or so ago and thankfully this delivery went much more smoothly.

RICHARD LI was forced to purchase a new receiver and ball for my truck because my 1 7/8” ball “would not work with the trailer”. This was after explaining to the manager that I hauled a similar trailer 700 miles just eight months ago with the same hitch. He refused to allow me to use it. Upon returning the trailer, it was shown to me that printed on the trailer is a placard that states it can be used with a 1-7/8” or 2” ball. Requiring someone to purchase something because you lack knowledge of your own equipment is unacceptable.

KEVIN CThe check in process was sufficient. The staff was preoccupied. The vehicle was BAD. I had to tape up and tie up the drivers sun visor as the clip on the ceiling was laying on the dashboard. It was falling down and obstructing the view of the driver. As a result, the driver and passenger sun visors were inoperable and useless. The driver door was also filled with problems. It had to be slammed in order to "completely" close. Then the wind noise was quite bothersome while driving. It looks like the door has been warped. There is a crack on the bottom right corner of the window. The the topper was the smell of old oil in the bed area. The furniture that we hauled ended up smelling like the mess of the truck. If I have to rent from here again I will take the staff on a complete walk through of the vehicle before I ever sign any paperwork.

DERYLL BPlease rethink the 'Moving Help' advertisement sticker on the dashboard of the truck. It is generally WHITE. It creates a distracting and dangerous glare from the sun. RALPH HThe 20 ft. Truck we rented was the right size and ran perfectly. Price paid for two days and the entire experience was a very good value. The way to improve: I am a non-smoker but the truck reeked of cigarette smoke, so it would be nice if you use an ozone machine or something the remove the smell (and not just cover it up with another chemical).
JAMES JEverything was great moving my stuff from the U-Pod to the storage unit. However, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have my U-Pod rent prorated since I had just paid the rent for it and had to pay the full amount for the storage unit the day I moved in.

They charged me for the first month…and when I called the CS rep tried to tell me I didnt get that promo, but the store had put in for the credit. So they did do a credit and I am still waiting for that credit to apply. If it comes thru Id give them a four overall. The check in process is VERY LONG AND TEDIOUS… so maybe if they can make it a faster less aggravating process to get checked in, it could be a five. And make sure not to let new employees charge people if they are supposed to have a promo applied.

I returned with a full truck of stuff and movers the same day at 5:15 and could not get access because they are “under construction “ and the office had closed. I asked if management could be contacted since they had just closed to allow me access to at least unpack truck . I was told no. When I spoke to another customer service rep that was super pleasant and helpful she did help me switch my reservation to another location where I could do online check in and go then and unload truck . During that I lost my free first month since it had been used on this location. I have called to speak with management to rectify the situation since I know have a storage building at two locations but have not been contacted or no solution to the situation Having to use the other location also increased the mileage I had to use on rental truck which was also rented through this location by almost 30 miles which was also more money out of my pocket as well as inconvenience.

ALEESHA W | First ImpressionsUpon arrival, I called the office to figure out where I could go to unload my trailer. The facility didn’t have enough signage for me to know where to go hence my call. I was on hold for 17 minutes before hanging up and deciding to walk into the building to find help. There was another customer inside who said they walked around and didn’t find any employees to assist her. Eventually an employee walked over to ask us how he could help. He asked if I was dropping off the 6x12 trailer and I said “yes, but I need to move my stuff into a storage unit first” to which he replied “f*ck I really needed that trailer now but that’s ok” then proceeded to help the lady with her truck rental. I overheard that he didn’t have a truck available for her at the moment. Then another employee walked up and assisted with my storage unit check in and everything went smoothly from that point forward. Once the trailer was empty, I returned it to the first employee and left the location. The second guy was nicer than the first one but still overall a pretty stressful experience. I would recommend this location hire more employees to handle phone calls and walk ins. Also, make sure there’s one person at the desk at all times.
