Michel BWhen I went to pick up U-Haul . Truck wasn’t available. They did call and ask me to come at 6pm instead of 5 pm when my reservation was initially at. I arrived before 6pm . By 6:30 truck was still not available . I asked agent why did I have to make reservation if the U-Haul was not available. He stated that reservation doesn’t necessarily mean I will have U-Haul at that time. Then 15 minutes advised me truck was not available. That I would need to go to Brunswick. I went to my car and waited . 10 m later which was close to 6 pm 4 hauls came in. So by 7:30 I had a truck. I just don’t understand why when you have a reservation it’s not a guarantee
Eva QIt was after hours so no personnel involved and definitely couldn’t see inside new Uhaul office building. The parking lot was clean and organized!

The store general manager Mr. Franklin was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire. I will definitely use their service again.

fred m2 out of 4 rentals had significant booking problems. The last was extremely incompetent. Dallas was able to correct the issue, but the 4 individuals previous to this were inconsiderate and provided little effort to remedy or keep me updated on the rental status. Bottom line, I would use another company if given a choice, but unfortunately, U-Haul is my only option. 0 of 5 rating for overall service

ALONDA II got charged an extra 3dollars and 9cents because I went 3 miles over the allotted miles. I should not get charged miles for a one way trip. I took 84 to 95 to 295 to 10 so I would not have stop and go traffic. The interstate was quicker and smoother traffic flow and I returned the truck 1day early.
David BThis is the best U-Haul experience I have ever had. The GM of the store is super friendly, super helpful, and is there for the customer. I have used U-Haul for over 20 years for various reasons, and this is by far the best store I have been to.
