Have to wait 2 and half hours to get my truck so disappointed. Waiting form 5:30Am to 7:45Am before I could get my truck rent one dozen furniture paf those were not even included.

Nothing this Inwood location employees where Very Courteous and had Excellent Customer Service and you can tell that it is there culture in that location because when I went to return the truck I had rented the employee that care of me had the same service that I experienced that morning so Way to Go to the Inwood location I will be returning if I need another rental I just would like to say THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

There was not enough staff working. Only one person to help a long line of customers. Truck was dirty. Miles on truck were inaccurate.

It a shame that this Uhaul site is a scam center. Charge my credit card for 2 days while I have the truck for 23hours. Be very careful if you have to do business with them. Make sure you get your contract before you walk out of the site. They have a 6hr to 8hour scam going on. Watch out or go to another center.

Waited from 9:30 to 11:00. I wanted to pay my bill in cash. They didn't know how to it. Ended up having to put the money in the bank . 76 yrs old wanted to give me storage on ground floor. Have to pay $50 a month more. JIn confusion the spare key was LOST Need to replace lock which costs $50 more plus money for new lock.j

Customer service lacking. Several attendants were using their cell phones to answer personal calls and not serving customers during that time

There was one one person working the counter having to help multiple people at the same time resulting in a wait of over 2 hours. Additionally the representative from the 800 number promised me a 20 ft truck and then called me while I was in line telling me it was unavailable. I was given a 15 foot truck which was too small for my move and was charged more then my "locked" in price

I rented a 6 x 12 trailer enclosed at Time of rental We checked all lights no problems but once I got home I noticed there was no trailer lights I then checked my vehicle fuses and I noticed it was blown I replaced it and the trailer blew it again I replaced it 4 more times and they continue to pop the fuse this location must check the wiring on the trailer

I will not rent from this location or u haul the process was not explained I rented a cargo van sent 5 miles and I was charged 64.00 the rental close out bill was confusing called for clarity which no one provided or at least it didn’t make sense

I was over charged on my credit card and when I called all I was told is to call back when a supervisor was in . After calling several time and was unable to speak to a supervisor I give up calling. I was even tolled by someone there when I explained my situation that the person knows that some of the employees do things that was not right.

What we reserved online was not what they had at the store. But the people at the store, specifically Nathan, was fantastic in finding a solution for us. He provided excellent customer service and saved the day for us.

I received bed bugs on all of my things, had to throw away my whole bedroom set. I paid for storage for 6 months and I could of just thrown half of it away saved the money and bought a new bedroom set

To many people that uhaul rent storage to do not pack there things they just put them in storage no rapping no boxes dirty and this is one of the reason UHAUL HAS RATS. Staff should watch moving in
