Trailer was filthy. Told them. They didn’t care. Running lights dead. At dropoff all lights dead. Chains sparked from dragging. I tied them up. Latch on hitch never really got tight in ball. Lots of slop.

When you schedule equipment a month in advance and it is verified, changing equipment size, time of pickup nd location 2 days prior to delivery is unacceptable. Then not giving $50 confirmation change credit, just adds to frustration of your poor scheduling and personal treatment to clients. Very dissatisfied with whole experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. My only complaint is not really a huge deal, but I would have preferred an actual itemized receipt (even handwritten), rather than an email. I have tried to read it and I am unable to view it. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you

Need to make sure equipment is available at all locations. I wanted to rent a appliance mover but they did not have any. They told me equipment is rented and returned at different locations, so they didn't have any at this location.

When I rented a moving truck, the girl gave me the keys and told me the truck was in the lot and I could find it by the number. The truck was covered in snow. There wasn't a scraper or a brush in the truck. When I went inside to complain, nobody was there. I found a brush inside the store and cleaned the truck myself. I couldn't reach the top of the cab, so the entire time I was driving, big chunks of ice and snow kept falling down the windshield. I had rented there previous years and they had the trucked up front and running waiting for me. I wasn't very impressed this time.

You need more help! One girl to take care of six customers first thing in the morning doesn't cut it , people slipping in the parking lot because she didn't even have time to salt the lot,I offered to hook up the trailer myself but with people still inside she said no, that's what I get paid for. I truly felt sorry for her,my hats off to and she deserves a raise!!!

Owner made things right but when i called for help on the 800 number snd it was a nightmare. Im done with uhaul. Im s senior snd all I wanted was a little help with the app. NO HELP !! In the pas i was a hood customer but I’m done.

My complaint is with Uhaul as a company. The employees at this location went above and beyond. Here's some areas you guys can improve: Make your charges and fees CLEAERER on the app. The guy at the store had to explain a lot. It was CONFUSING because what the app said and what he said were 2 different things for pricing. Ultimately he was right but, it is terrible business to not advertise and explain rates the same way across the board. It shouldn't be one price online and a different one at the store. PICK ONE AND OWN IT. The seats in the truck are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. it's a good thing this was just a 20 min move. Couldn't imagine sitting in that thing for hours and hours.

I drove an hour and a half to get this 26ft truck to move. When I arrived the location had accidentally (?) given the 26 ft truck to someone else who rented a 20 ft truck. So I was given the 20 ft truck and a 6 ft trailer to make up for it. So very unprofessional. The location gave me money off but this it made it very difficult to drive. Will not rent again from U-Haul. And the response from you was here is a $30 credit for the next rental. Disappointing.

There was only one employee on staff to help to many customers. Some of the equipment l reserved online was not available when I went to pick up the equipment. I was not able to get the furniture pads and the staff person was not able to find me a furniture dolly either. I as not given a checklist to note damage and I don’t believe the truck was inspected or cleaned upon the previous return because the windshield was broke and I was blamed when I returned the truck. I have used this U-Haul before, however this was a bad experience. I will try to find another company to rent from next time I need equipment.

They cancelled my reservation i was about 30 minutes late but really. No discount. Came back at noon. No truck jad to take a smaller one. Not happy. Made my moving day more stessful. The women were rude. Did mot say sorry. Only the man working was nice. The second time i came back.

Your online system was broken so my order was not associated with my account. Was on hold for 45 mins at the site but couldnt wait because we have kids a home. Around 10:30 i noticed i was finally able to do the return from the app so i had to run back to the uhaul location again, very frustrating.

Janesville uhaul was the best thing about my experience with uhaul. Other than that my experience was terrible! I went to three different uhaul locations, reservation was wrong. Had it as in town when it needed to be one way. Customer service was very rude! I will not use uhaul again.

Since we stored the contents at the Janesville location we were disappointed that we could not drop off the trailer there. We had to drop off in Fort Atkinson the next day. Did not make any sense.
