How U-Haul Reviews WorkCody is the best! Turns frowns upside down with his customers
bryan o | Overall ExperienceExcelente servicio
Jose L | First ImpressionsThe young lady at the counter was very friendly and extremely efficient - handling multiple customers at the same time and keeping everyone's processes moving smoothly. Very impressive!!
Elsie C | First ImpressionsGreat
MARIANA V | Overall ExperienceI'm very satisfied thank you!!
Richard F | First ImpressionsI rented an indoor unit for over a year, and I don’t regret my choice. I was trying to get another company (Blue Barn Storage), but was an unpleasant experience. At the end I checked back UHaul and a unit became available. The process was simple to rent it and to close the contract as well. The staff is very helpful and the place incredibly clean. I recommend Uhaul to anyone looking for a good place to store their valuables.
Nora A | Overall ExperienceWorkers were very helpful, showed units and got one close to the door for a good price
Ash M | First ImpressionsJust a young guy who was not familiar with the process. The lady who setup my truck rental and showed me the storage options is a 5-star worker.
Doug N | First ImpressionsVery satisfying services
Tiana W | First ImpressionsSavannah was amazing! very friendly and helpful. She made our day less stressful and accommodated us well. Thank you Savannah!
Paul V | First ImpressionsI Had to drive 30mins to pick up truck as my closest location, the dollies I had requested were not in the truck. I had called the friday before this to varify with customer service. The place I picked up was closed so I couldnt ask about them. The truck had broken glass and cigarette buds I noticed well after when loading stuff.
Maria M | First ImpressionsThe people working the country were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely come to Uhaul in the future.
Brandon B | Overall ExperienceMy rental conditions were made under desperate circumstances out of my control that kept changing. I was constantly having to contact the staff to make last minute accomodations due to a threatening dysfunction in my living situation. Every single staff member was amazing, kind, and very supportive. They adjusted whatever they could to meet my needs. I have never had such great service before. This facility proved that even in this computerized era, humanity can still be held as a business ethic. Thank you, Uhaul!
