The only issue I had was, I think the tires need to be balanced and or rotated. The vibration was pretty bad.

I rented a 10' van for day one of a move for our son and daughter in law. all went well on day one. My son ordered a 17' for day two. Upon our arrival to pick it up we were told there were no 17' available and that they have a 26' for us. The indicated that there would be no up charge for the bigger unit. We drove the vehicle to his current address to begin the move and then that van would not start. Had to go through u-haul to report the issue. We were then able to start it with assistance over the phone. After the first load we were not able to start it again. U-haul dispatched someone to come and get the van started. They got it started and it was suggested that we not turn it off again. So we did not turn it off. Upon retiring the van, we were going to be charged the up charge for the bigger unit, so had to discuss this issue, they couldn't get the pricing corrected for some reason in the system to they had to charge us the up charge and then proceed to give us a credit. When we got the van back we were told by two associates that the van we were issued had been nothing but problems and they couldn't understand why it was being rented out. I have been a frequent customer over the years, but will need to think twice before I use haul again.

The location and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment provided was not functional. After experiencing difficulties with the truck not starting twice, we dropped the vehicle off. A staff member at the location informed us that the vehicle they had rented out to us to use was a "trouble vehicle" which they frequently had problems with. This piece of equipment should not be rented out to future customers and it's a shame that UHaul rents equipment knowing that it is frequently not functional.

Get your act together! I reserved a car haul trailer for 24hours. I get there to pick it up and they said I had to have it back in 12 hours. Really! My reservation confirmation said 24 hours not 12 hours! Get it together people. Uhaul Milwaukee st JanesvilleWi

Provide the right answers when asked about fees and don't give a credit back, but then charge the difference the following day. And to think I wouldn't of known if I didn't check my balance online. I also called yesterday shortly after 8 am and I have yet to hear back from the manager about the additional fees being taken off of my account.

You need to make sure your not having any pricing violations!!! I purchased extra items & was almost charged double for one item...then when came back to get my refund, the employee gave me attitude & told me that I was wrong cause his computer tells him the price is much higher then what is listed on the actual display for the item! After telling him that I'm not wrong, he tells me that if I haven't opened the item yet, then just return it...well NO!!! It don't work that way & at this point I was getting very upset with him...he tells me then to come back when his manager gets in...i ask when that will be & he tells me that he doesn't know for sure, sometime after noon! Then I had to ask what the managers name is, so I know who yo be asking for...tge entire conversation could have been easily explained IF he would have just told me that he can't give a refund, & that I would have to talk yo the manager for the refund! Instead I had to hear this from the actual manager later on this day! I don't like getting any employee in trouble, as most of the time their hands are tied...but this employee really needs an attitude adjustment, & maybe retrained so he knows some actual customer service skills!!!

You could not double charge me for one thing. My entire trip should have cost me no more then about 65 dollars and instead you charged my card almost $100!!! I have been renting from uhaul for a very long time and I have never had anything like this happen before. We calculated our trip almost to the dollar and I just got charged double for my rental yesterday. Unbelievable!!!

Only one worker! Line was 5 people deep both to pick up and drop off had to wait over 45 minutes! The one worker had to leave the building repeatedly to go all the way outside to fill propane tanks! More than once while I was waiting we were left alone in the building repeatedly.

I had an absolutely great experience here. When I came in to pick up a trailer there were a few people in line ahead of me but only one employee working. Another employee came in to start their shift and immediately began working with customers instead of clocking in, which cleared everybody in line very quickly. I was impressed that the employee focused on the customers right away rather than spending a few minutes to clock in and get situated before starting work. I was also very impressed when I came back to turn the trailer in, I had reserved the trailer until after hours but got back a little early (still half an hour after they closed for the day.) When I pulled up an employee was leaving after the end of the day and checked my equipment in anyway, which again was something that they definitely didn't have to do but was super nice and got me on my way quickly. There are other uhaul locations closer to my house, but I will 100% only come back to this location because of how good my experiences have been. The employees are always knowledgeable and I always have great experiences.

This was, by far, the best U-Haul rental I have ever done! Truck was waiting for me when I arrived, paperwork was completed due to the on-line checkin, truck was in outstanding shape, and return was a breeze!! Outstanding job!

When I placed my reservation over the phone for a moving truck I used my credit card. When I came in to pick up my truck I was asked if I can use the same credit card as my reservation and I said yes. I was told then it couldn't be run and that it was coming up as a prepaid. I assured the person at the counter it was no prepaid card and he wouldn't allow me to swipe the card. How do I know that the person over the phone didn't enter my number incorrectly. I ended up using my debit card and I wasn't happy over this. Listen to your customers when they ask if a card can be ran via swipe.

When I first reserved the truck, I asked for a 17 foot truck, but we were given 15 ft truck. When I called to ask about the mix-up, no one returned my call. Also, I told the location that we were tax exempt and was told that the office manager was going to call me back for the tax exempt number, but no one ever called. We are going to need rent a truck again in July, but I am not sure I will go with Uhaul again.
