Twice in a month we scheduled trucks online only to find out that day or the day before that no truck was available. I made a reservation 4 months ahead of time and still had to drive 40 mins to get a truck when there are 4 uhaul places within 15 miles of me and still had to get a smaller truck

Right mirror not adjustable, stuck way to right.Left convex aimed too low and not adjustable.Not going to push on it so hard it could break mirror. Also blower not blowing at all when switched to highest speed.

A little understaffed. Took a half hour to get waited on for the pick up, and 15 Minutes for the return. That is a good thing for the location, because they had plenty of equipment on it seemed all in good condition. Not such a good thing for the customer who is on a tight schedule when you were moving. People that were there were knowledgeable and nice.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes when I placed my order and also had to wait 15 minutes when I went to pick the dolly up. I asked if it would take less time if I did the express check-in on line and was told that I still would have to wait because there was paperwork to do. There was only 1 person on duty and that was not a good situation.

The walk around wasn't done to review the truck, condition and gas level. I was shown how to hook up a trailer to the truck. They indicated in the office that the tank was full, but it was only 1/4 full. So for under 100 miles of travel, I filled the gas tank just over 25 gallons. It was an expensive lesson to learn to always do the walk around and double check the actual fuel in the vehicle before leaving the UHaul property. I really liked the employees and the truck worked great!

My reservation was for 9:00 today for a 15’ truck when I got there they said it was for 3:15. I showed them the email confirming it. They said they had 26’ truck I could have at the 15’ truck price. I said ok. I have had nothing but trouble with this reservation. Thank you Bill Goepfert

Poor service at truck turn in. The girl at the counter was overwhelmed even though there were only 3 parties doing pickups or returns and were waiting patiently. Maybe it was due to her having her small child with her in the store that was demanding much of here attention. I was told to leave my paperwork on the counter and she would check in my one way rental when time permits. I received a call later in the afternoon inquiring about my truck rental not being returned....she never checked my truck in as being returned. The employee who called me knew the truck was on the lot and he assured me no additional charges would be incurred.

Passenger side mirror, the magnifying one so you can see cars right next to you, was totally broke off and yet they still rented the truck. I was committed to move today and took the truck because I had no choice otherwise. I feel it was way too unsafe. The furniture pads that I rented were not available. Check in Service was really poor and substandard. Check out was quick and fine.

Have the personnel at the store location and ready to rent the equipment on time. Place was to open at 7 AM and at 7:05 a guy walked up and finally opened the place (he was not scheduled to be there, but opened up for those of us waiting). He still had to log on to the computers, count cash and finally at 7:20 was ready to begin the check out process.

Location is very short on staff. Also seems to need more inventory on the lot not many vehicles available for a busy Saturday morning. The only person scheduled to work at 8AM was the young lady behind the counter. No one to work the yard assisting with hook-ups or check outs.

They had staffing problems and waited for someone to show up to open store. I will say the staff person who came handled everything in a professional manor, but needless to say, there was a lot of frustration and actual pick up time was about an hour later. Also, when I returned truck, the agent couldn't get my credit to go through on the computer for unused, returned boxes. Make sure your staff is there when they are suppose to be. This field staff person had to travel a ways to get here. Seems you could have more local staffers to troubleshoot when this happens.

Website was quite glitchy. While friendly and helpful the counter attendant wasn't very professional in appearance (Potbelly's tshirt). When I returned the trailer the employee came out immediately and without any prompting. Very helpful and quick.

I was disappointed uhaul did not have the correct wire/lights hook up adapter I needed. I had to go to ace hardware. I would have gladly paid for one at your store.

We were waiting in line when the clerk helped the person standing behind us first because they were not renting a vehicle. Once we had paid for our rental, we again had to wait for hook up because the same clerk proceeded to check out other customers who arrived after us. What could have been a 20 minute process took us almost 50 minutes.

Improperly charged for extra mileage, get no response on three separate emails I sent. Sit on hold when i try to call. Then my credit card was charged without my consent for the extra miles and a late fee. I will dispute this with my credit card company. I don’t plan on using UHaul again
