My reservation got changed from a location that was one block from my house to a location that was more than 30 miles from my house and then I got charged extra for extra miles. I was only given 24 notice of the change and not given any other options even though there were other closer locations.

More staff was needed. When I returned the van there was a line waiting before me, and after me. One person was not enough. The trainee there was not able to provide service. The gentleman helping me misread the mileage and would have charged me an additional $30 if I had not known the mileage. The issue was resolved.

The guys on the job were nice they have ALot to do all at once when everyone shows up for their rental at the same time. As is typical these days computer input is cumbersome and time consuming makes the check in time rather lengthy. I assume u-haul weighs the advantage of improved service against the cost software upgrades.

Not only would I recommend this location to friends, UHaul would always be my first choice. Your staff, expecially Aaron Wheeler, was friendly and very helpful. Robert Alexander was also wonderful. Both were very understanding and made the rental a breeze for me. They should do the same for other Customers

I wasn't very happy that I reserved a furniture dolly and I was given a substitute dolly that didn't meet our needs because it wasn't what I reserved online. Also, I received a call the morning after our rental claiming I hadn't returned my equipment when indeed it had been. Moving is already stressful enough without being accused of not returning equipment when someone just didn't do their job properly.

Sales person Darwin Merritt was a complete jerk, very condescending and off-putting. I would even say rude. He made me wish to never to business with U-Haul again.

We rented a furniture dolly and after we got there we were told one was not available. We had to buy a used one they were selling to get one. We also rented 1 dozen furniture pads which we did not use. We returned the bags unopened and wee still charged for them.

I was very frustrated with my recent experience. I have a cast on one leg and am facing surgery soon on the other. It is very difficult for me to walk and the employee, despite knowing this, had me walking all over the place to complete this transaction. For instance, rather than complete the paperwork and then go out and get the trailer like is done most often, we had to start the paperwork, go get the trailer, come back to the office, go back to the trailer. Very NOT accommodating of someone with a disability. Even when I told her I had difficulty walking and suggested limiting our trips outside for that reason, she insisted it had to be done her way. Also, the inside of the trailer was filthy and yet she opened the door and threw the blankets in there. If I hadn't said anything to her, she would have just shut the door and sent me on my way. It was only when I pointed out the mess and how I would be held responsible if the trailer was that way when I picked it up that she went and mopped it. It was soaking wet when she was finished and she just threw the blanket bags on top of the wet floor. Not very professional.

The person who checked us out was very rude.She was the same person that submitted our reservation. She even dropped the F-bomb. She would ask me a question and then say "Wait a minute" to my response while she listened into a conversation of another salesrep. She argued with me: stated the truck did not come with 140 miles "must have been an internet special" then restated "oh, it does come with mileage". "I was NOT the person who helped you the first time" First stated the truck came with a set of blankets, then stated "since the truck is new, you do not get a set of blankets". Oshkosh filed a complaint for me-I received 1 messege from Eugene to call back, when I did each time I got put through to someone elses answer machine after answering person insisted they needed to know my full name. I have dealt with this location in the past and had nothing but good to say about it. DOWNHILL FAST.
