It did not appear anyone ever cleaned lanes in front of units , I picked up screws and nails every time I went there. Agent that assisted me was very nice. Trailer was not cleaned out as it should have been and she told me to ask for discount once I reached my destination. Upon arrival at my destination when I unloaded the trailer everything was soaked. My mattress was dripping as well as boxes falling apart. The truck , if inspected was inspected poorly, windshield wipers were dry rotted , we had to stop and buy window cleaner and paper towls as windshield was dusty and could not see well with sun shinning on it , without use of wipers this was our only option, this truck had previous damage , which was reported , however truck did not track straight going down highway and left rear dully had been dented , wheel way out of balance , used almost full tank going about 187 miles , we brought all this to attention of employee who checked truck in and he told us he would let the manager know and they would contact us , no one ever contacted us , when or if i rent another truck i am going to ask to see the truck before i sign any agreement and i know the number of this truck will not rent that truck again , was not a safe truck to drive , you would think this would have been caught during the inspectionRONALD S.

I spoke with a man who worked at Jonesboro Uhaul over the phone. I told him that I returned my trailer as planned at Hardy Arkansas Uhaul at 9:45am Aug 23 but that Hardy was very disorganized. I said I was concerned that they would not check my trailer in. The Jonesboro attendant said they would follow up and make sure Hardy would. I just found out today that I was charged as a no return. I had to stay on the phone for hours just to somewhat get this cleared up. Uhaul needs to make sure that their employees follow through to avoid unnecessary charges.Paul M.

The Vehicle I was given to use had the low tire pressure light on. I wasn't sure if the sensor battery was dead causing the light or the tire was actually low. The gas pricing was way to high and due to the deposit, I didn't have the extra money to put back in gas so instead of getting my deposit and filling up with gas I had to pay almost six dollars a gallon and that made me very unhappy. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating at move out. The facility is we maintained however the unit I was given had a tear in the roof and birds inside. I let the manager know and had to wait several days and the roof issue was not fixed. On my move in day he taped up the ceiling but it was done poorly. The issue was the same upon move out. Based on everything else I think this was an isolated occurrence.
