Every time I pressed the brake the emergency parking brake light would lite up. Should warn people because I thought I had broken the truck within 3 minutes of driving it. Also the Employee when picking it up was awesome, when dropping it off I had to wait 15 minutes before speaking to anyone. Not very good customer service when dropping it off.

I originally had a reservation for Friday,but they claimed I was late and canceled my reservation and said the soonest I could get a truck was Sunday and I was supposed to be out of the apartment were I was still able to stay luckily until Sunday. Besides that everything went smoothly.

I scheduled my pickup online and choose a different drop off location, only to be told when I got there that I had to return the can to the location I rented it from. Which cost me double mileage, gas and time. When I complained about this to the kid at the desk his response to me was to just shrug. Then when we did the walk around if the vehicle he said he would mark the things I found wrong, but didn't. I had to follow him back into the store and make him make note of the defects present on the van. He then put in other things in the computer rather than what I saw and pointed out to him during the walk around. I had to then make him edit it to show the correct information. Then to top the whole experience off, when I took the van back there was not a single person in the store and me and my husband had to spend a quarter of an hour trying to find someone in the parking lot. Horrible customer service, irresponsible staff and a website that does not acuractly reflect the pick up and drop off of equipment. Since when can you not drop off u haul equipment at the closest place to where she finish with it at? It's not right that I had to pay extra to drive it all the way back to Jonesboro instead of being able to drop it off in Paragould as I had scheduled.



The manager was very poor with communication and his attitude lacked motivation and compassion for customers time

I requested the rental on Monday & was told I would get a phone call Tuesday to confirm my request & may have to pick up the rental at another location, I waited until 3 Tuesday afternoon with no call so I went to the location (Jonesboro) to see if there was any news on my rental. The attendant looked up on the computer & said yes u are n at10 Weds, I feel I should had a call to confirm the rental without having to drive there to inquire! The attendant was very nice & I was on my May!

This is the second time I have had to recently rent from Uhaul and both times have not been the best experience by any means. Both times I have had to drive further than I had planned to get my rental truck. Then I was barely given enough extra miles to make sure I was still able to drive as I had planned originally. Also the first time I had to take it back to a different location and I was late getting there because I had gotten lost and no one had answered the phone when I called to tell them so. I hope others have had a better experience than my last two times. It honestly makes me want to not rent from Uhaul anymore.

Took over an hour to rent a truck, workers too slow, let customers alone inside for 30 min, charged a different price than what was said. Truck radio/clock didn't work. One worker left instead of helping people that was there in person. Charged me insurance when I said no.

The equipment I was Given was not safe and inspected thoroughly. During my trip one of the tires for the auto transport fell apart and I needed roadside repair, and when I turned in the equipment it was noticed that one of the drivers rear tires was flat. Again something I was not expecting. I did not run over or hit anything during my trip.

Ok, five hours later we get to the location drop off that had been arranged, only to be told we had dropped off to the wrong location!!! After being told the same thing regarding our pickup that morning, we were NOT happy campers (to say the least). Told all staff from beginning in AM to that afternoon not to take anything we said personal, it was UHAUL we were not happy with and would NEVER use them again. Well, you can thank the people at the Jonesboro location (Red Wolf Blvd), and Crystal at the Union location in Memphis, Tn. location for recovering our future business. Crystal called us yesterday to ask what went wrong. I assured her she had done everything right (and with a smile)



The drop-off couldn't have been any more easier.
