I reserved a 15' Uhaul truck online on June 15, 2017 to be picked up on the 30th in order to make a 5 hour move on July 1st. I selected my pick up site to be in Jonesboro, AR which is where I live. I get a call on the evening of June 29th (a day before I am to pick up the truck) from a uhaul representative out of Tennessee. She confirms my rental to be picked up the following day and gives me the street address. At the time, I did not remember which street address my selected Uhaul pickup location was at, but I know it was in Jonesboro. Shortly after our conversation, I get a confirmation text stating that the address the woman told me over the phone was actually in Marion, AR and not Jonesboro, AR which is well over an hour away. Freaking out at this point, (because it's getting late into the evening, I am worried that the Uhaul stores will be closing soon and I would be stuck driving an extra couple of hours to and from just to pick up the truck - not to mention I'd have to pay extra gas fares) my boyfriend tries calling the woman back while I drive us to the Uhaul location I had selected online. It takes us about 15 minutes to get there and during that time, my boyfriend is transferred through 3 different people, with the 3rd person never picking up. We enter the Uhaul store on Red Wolf BLVD and of course at this point are pretty furious. I know that we did not show the best attitudes when walking into this location. We explained our situation to one of the employees who kindly told us that when we reserve a truck online, we actually pick a location that we prefer, but if there will be no trucks at that location on the day of pickup, we could be sent to another location. Usually it's to a location that's close such as Paragould or Trumann, but not usually as far as Marion. In my case, there were no local trucks available and the closest location was Marion. During all of this, the manager - Steven was standing nearby and overheard our situation. He quickly jumped in and explained that he was the manager and he would do everything he could to right our situation. We were at this location for probably an hour but I could not be more satisfied with how we were treated. Steven and his employee never once let their irritation or anger show, even though we showed ours. We were treated with respect and empathy. Steven made a few calls and luckily we were able to switch pick up locations with another customer who was actually going to Marion. So, that customer picked up the truck in Marion, and we were able to pick up our truck in Jonesboro. All in all, I would certainly recommend this location as a preferred Uhaul provider. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond. I can't thank these guys enough!

I reserved a 26' truck well in advance of my move and had a confirmation it was available. Then I was called the night before moving and told it was not available. I was not given any options or assistance. I had to resort to a 17' truck with option of 5' x 8' trailer for a 450 mile one-way move after I called twice in which I even offered to travel to a nearby town and pickup a truck. I had to wait until 1:00pm to get the 17' truck and had requested an 8:30am pickup. This delayed departure by 5 hours. As I was leaving, there were 2 larger trucks being returned but neither were offered to me. I was charged for a trailer "I did NOT use" and I am waiting for a refund. This was the most unpleasant interaction that I have ever had with UHaul and I have used UHaul multiple times (check my record)! I feel I was overcharged. Nothing was done for my inconvenience and distress that all of this caused.

Over all the experance was lacking the truck needed the brakes adjusted and the front end was very loose need checking. Check end was very slow the young man that checked me in did not want to be there. I have used this uhaul location several times and never had this experance before

Im not pleased with being charged $52 for the Uhaul that was 11ft truck&my friend purchased a 15ft for only $32 I should have gotten the 15ft that I ordered originally for that price

I believe that you are ripping people of. I was very específic and asked about the mileage, because I didn't wanted to pay extra. The gentleman told me that they pick the longest route. When I deliver the truck they charge me extra, when in check the route on my gps it was 94 miles and they put on my contract 83 miles, according to him it all ready had extra miles, that was not true. Or if it's a system doing it, then do it the right way.

I dropped the uhaul off on Saturday the 3rd!!! Two days early!!! I am furious that I was billed for this. You just stole money from me and I am about to go online and post as many bad reviews as I possibly can I called in to have this resolved and was told you would call me back in 3 days?? Are you kidding me?! I drop the uhaul off 2 days early and get billed for an extra day? What a joke. I better hear back from someone today and I better get my money back today.
