Demarcus WThe customer service is not professional specially the ladies from the front desk, when you ask question about the bill, they are ready for argue. The lightskin lady from desk, have an attitude. Y'all don't need to worry about me because I won't go to that location anymore.
ALEX KBoth staff were very friendly and helpful. However, they were a little understaffed due to the demand that day. So I did wait for about 40 mins for help. I didn't mind waiting but other people in a rush might be less happy to wait.

CYNTHIA TMy experience with Uhaul was terrible 3/30/2025. They made some many mistakes with my entire reservation. I finally got the truck and started late with moving.
LUCY JSpent two hours getting a truck after a reservation was made for me. Reservation was completely messed up because the gentleman not the woman would take the time to listen to me. I was stuck with a $200 charge because U-Haul messed up. While in the building, a young lady walked in VERY upset because her reservation was messed up as well. VERY disappointed. Will NEVER use again.
ASHLEY HI was charged for mileage that I did not use. I advise everyone to record everything with photos before you get anything. I will never patronize with this location and perhaps U-Haul ever again.

LEROY RDismiss the GM. I’m a disabled veteran and I have not had a worse experience in my life. The GM was very rude and nonchalant. I had to move equipment to get my tow dolly out, without help. The GM was so rude and I will never rent there again, nor recommend that location.

SEYDOU AWe had to go to 3 locations to receive the trailer. One place it was not there, the second place the staff was not there who could hook up the hitch and the third place took forever to get to.
IAN MRepresentative were very professional and pleasant. Needed to extend my rental it was absolutely no problem. I definitely recommend this location again.

PENNY SThey had the equipment that they said they would and there was a place to park my car. Unfortunately this location was woefully understaffed and the computer system was unbelievably slow. The employee who was working did his best and was very nice but the amount of time it took to check in a single person (slow computer) was ridiculous and caused a huge back up when checking in and returning the vehicle.

DWAYNE HAutopay ran up my balance by “NOT” retrieving funds causing me to have to figure out (during holidays) how to rectify. Last I heard all of my memories of my deceased mother are possibly auctioned with no fair resolution for me, customer service couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to provide information. I initially had reservations for a better facility and was sent to this one. I feel like UhAul stole my stuff & I don’t see this sitting well with me at all.

Passenger side outside mirror loose and almost got me killed several times ... i would reset the allen screw and it would get loose again 2. Ramp was damaged underneath missing one rail completely causing unlevel deployment/stowaway 3. Interior cab light out Life safety issue with the mirror . Simple QC checklist that every vehicle/technician gets done ... DO BETTER ... THAT WAS SCARY ON ATLANT 5 LANES TO NOT SEE ANYTHING ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE

LAWANDA Son the day I rented the trailer I used it for about 3-4 hours. I called the location when I was heading back and spoke to the woman at the desk. I told her I was running late for an appointment and I needed to drop the trailer off and I'd be there in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived I unhooked the trailer and was about to get in my truck when the thought came to me to take a picture and I did. The following day I was looking at my bank card statement and saw where I was charged for 2 days instead of the one day. No only that, I was charged twice on my card. I called the location and spoke with the woman I initially talked with about my returning the trailer and told her I was charged for 2 days, not realizing when I spoke to her I was charged twice. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up. I will call back customer service on the 26th to get it taken care of.

Also, no grace period for a late payment. They put a lock on your door the next day, but when I moved out, they took their time to process it and made it look like I was late with another payment.

It said that I can start moving in as early as 5am for the location well I got there at 5 am and location didnt open up until about 10 minutes after 7am. So i think the email about moving in need to be fixed because this location dont allow until they open the office at 7am. I also arrive one day to move in more things around 6:50pm and was told that storage is closed 15 minutes before office closes and that wasnt communicated either. But he opened up and let me put my things in storage took all but like 3minutes. Better communication is needed.

Kimberly R | Online Move InI PURCHASED UNIT #2408 ON WEDNESDAY 21st of July I tried to move some things in my storage on Saturday 24th of July my gate access key didn't work I was stuck behind the gate and couldn't get out for three hours I called customer service I was on hold for 50 minutes they finally gave me a code to open the gate so that I can get out the very next morning I went back to to storage unit still my key wouldn't work I went to the front office and was told that an employee there had sold the storage unit that I purchased on Wednesday 21st of July to a Michael Wilson I was very disappointed because I had a delivery of a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but the delivery driver called in sick thank God or they would've been delivery to a storage unit that an employee sold to someone else that was supposed to have been my unit!! THE STORE MANAGER KEVON SMITH GAVE ME A LARGER UNIT FOR THE PRICE OF THE SMALLER UNIT THAT AN EMPLOYEE GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE TO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WAS NICE BUT I STILL WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THAT UNIT BECAUSE ITS UPSTAIRS THE FLOORS ATE WOOD AND LOOKS AS IF THE FLOORS OPEN UP AND SOMEONE CAN ENTER MY UNIT FROM THE UNIT UNDERNEATH AND STEAL MY THINGS!!! Recently I had several fraud transactions on my bank account, and I was forced to cancel my card. Through the process of protecting myself, I didn't realize Uhaul was one of accounts connected to my card, and would be affected until I received a letter informing me. I called the location, and spoke to a lady that was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me and when I corrected her pronunciation of my name she mocked me. I also asked her about waiving my fees and she informed me that they would have needed to know in advance about my situation. I asked " so I needed to let you know in advance that someone would be committing fraud on my account?" I asked her for the Store Manager or customer service. She said she would transfer me to customer service, but I somehow got the Morrow location instead. The lady at the Morrow location successfully transferred me to customer service, but I was hold for an hour. The Jonesboro location need a lot of work on their customer service. During the time I have had my Uhaul storage, I have been locked in the storage facility by the staff, the restroom is always filthy, verbally attacked by a staff member for a delinquent account that was not mine, and now this. If you didn't include the people in this process , I would recommend Uhaul to my friends and family.

Most of the time it was easy to make payments, there were a few months over the years I made a payment and they said I did not and tried to double charge me but I was able to call and the staff remedied the screw up. When I was finally able to pick my stuff up it was for the most part just dusty and cobwebs but so far have not found any rodent droppings or bugs that is a huge plus. I played for the whole month
