I frequented this location before moving and I've had nothing but good experiences. The young lady (can't remember her name!!!) has always been pleasant. Ran into some POS issues when trying to checkout, but it all got squared away.

start with a new Gm he was rude unprofessional smart mouthed don't care attitude asked can the cashier get sum help it was 7 people n line he said nope she got it I was asking are u serious he was like yes and proceeded to go outside and finish his conversation tht I guess was more important then his customers. Another Gm came and said naw I can't deal with him either on top of tht he had a couple other customers come in complaining about there trucks or other issues this is the worst customer service every

I returned truck an hour ahead of my time. I get to the store and after checking truck i owed $13. Im waiting and the cashier stated i owed them because I received my change from the $100 deposit i made at 1:48 pm on Saturday 10\28\2017. I was not given any change and she conti ued saying she was sorry. I then told her get a manager and count the drawer because it should be over. Managwr was called and claimed he was going to watch video. I guess he then called the original cashier who lied and said she gave me my change. It was inly thwn ahe admitted to not remebering if she gave mw my change. That in itself was poor customer service. The cashier who i was fusing at was very professional and courteous. She was in no way responsible for the error from the previous customer sevcie rep. I had to deal with. I stead of chit chatting about nonsense she should have paid closef attention to me as a customer so that these errors could be avoided. This was the wirst experience i ever had in dealing with Uhaul. I will use uhaul again but not th his location.

this year, 2017, I had this U Haul dealer install a tow hitch and wire harness on my truck. Well this past trailer rental one of the service tech connected the wire harness incorrectly and it broke in half. His coworker noticed the lights out before I drove off and made a temporary fix with wire slinters and electrical tape. The following day I brought it to the managers attention and he said he would fix it. At the time I wasn't able to wait to have the wire harness replaced which is what I am expecting. Hopefully that is the manager thought process as well.

The no-line check out app didn't work. The staff did not even try to assist me. It took over 20 minutes before I said forget it and still had to go to the counter to check out the truck. The staff was just plain unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering them from cheking their phone and asking for help. Moving is already stressful. A smile and customer service would sure make it easier vs MORE stressful.

This location should maintain the correct mileage and fuel level.



They had no clear answer for why i had to pay 12.75 for three gallons of gas when i didnt even use a full gallon. The van was 20mpg, i used 13 miles and yet they insisted that i needed to replace three miles worth.
