Im still trying to get back the funds that were taken out of my account even though i moved out before the move out date
ANGELA C. | Overall ExperienceStore GM very rude always closing down at6:30pm and have her crew doing the same with the storage it’s not fair because y’all already not 24 hours but have a sign hanging in soon when you walk in saying that y’all are 24 hour and then that GM is running everyone away I will never rent there again or allow anyone that I know to rent from that location

Rosemary C. | First ImpressionsWhen I would go there to get something out of storage, the lights would sometimes go out which made it uncomfortable and unsafe to be there especially being a female. Also, no grace period for a late payment. They put a lock on your door the next day, but when I moved out, they took their time to process it and made it look like I was late with another payment.

I rented my storage unit online and it said it had 24 hour access it also gave me a gate access code I just wished it was 24 hours. I work 12hr shift at hospital 5:45am - 6:15pm they are closed in the way to work and on the way back from work.

Never updated my phone number or address in the system. Then notified me by email with a notice that my stuff was sold. Two days after the letter. Bad bad bad business.
