I wouldn’t change anything you are doing. The customer service was friendly, follow up when I didn’t bring the van back in on time was prompt and courteous. I will only rent from you any time. The experience was perfect.

I rented a pickup truck and 6x12 trailer together. It would have been nice if the equipment had been hooked up and ready to go when I got there. Instead, I had to wait for everything to be hooked up and de-iced which made my 3:00pm pick up more like a 3:30pm pick up. Other than that - they were very friendly and helpful.

Truck Interior was dirty, found empty food containers under the seats and the door pockets was full of trash. Employees was less than friendly. Starting fuel amount was almost quarter tank less than printed on contract. Won’t be back unless I have no other option.

I had to drive substantially out of my way to return the trailer because the close one had no space and the contract drop off location "is no longer a U-Haul dealer". When I requested compensation for my trouble, the final drop off location simply told me "he can't do that". I still feel I should get some money back.

The windshield was dirty on the inside. Looked like someone wiped it with a wet rag. The cubby on the dash had trash in it, I opened it thinking it was a cupholder. Other than that the service as usual was exceptional. The personell there are always friendly and super easy tug o work with.

Overall experience was fine. I know staff are super busy and deal with a lot of challenging personalities and issues, and I know there is a script to run through with customers, but my perception was the check out employee would just as soon I not be there at all. I was happy to see the extended hours as I brought my truck back after 5pm.

There's always room for improvement. Hand trucks need a place to tie down. Overall it was a great experience. I won't hesitate to use them again if I move. Thanks for being well stocked.

Try having the a reserved vehicle ready at the time it is supposed to be picked up. This location failed to set my keys aside in the drop box. Thanks to the call center I was able to get another vehicle on the lot, even though it was a shorter truck which caused me to have to take more trips and use more gas/mileage.

Its kinda bull shit how you pay for the whole truck yet you take up some of the room that is paid for by a dolly that you have to pay for to use and moving blankets that you also have to pay for. So, you are essentially paying for the same space twice to get all of it.

The inside of the truck trailer and cabin were both dirty. The trailer had dirty and dry mud in it. I had to clean it out before I could put anything in it. The cabin look like someone had spilled a drink or something and it wasn't cleaned up.

I ordered a furniture dolly and I was only supplied with an appliance dolly. My own fault for not checking when I picked up the truck, I guess. Definitely made my move a lot more difficult.

Would like to know when you are going to send my money back to me $96.00 and some change? They said I would get it back when I returned the truck. That was on the 2nd and then was told it would be about a week. I still haven’t seen it.

I actually needed a larger truck than what U-Haul recommends. We had a 2 bedroom house to move and had to make 2 trips. Fortunately we were close enough we could do that. I would review the recommendations of what can be packed in each vehicle.

Seemed like they were understaffed and weren’t exactly thrilled to help. On top of that, customer service was absolutely terrible. We were hung up on twice, and transferred without warning to someone who didn’t have a clue to what our issues were. Get it together uhaul.

Noticed a hint of stale cigarettes in the cab. Kept smelling it on our drive. Opened the ashtray and found cigarette butts and ashes from the previous renter had not been cleaned out.

Documentation could be improved to show, in simple form, what the charges are for and how the bill was produced. Otherwise, the transaction was seamless and very well handled by the staff.

Service is very bad. There was only one person at the counter when I picked up the vehicle. All I needed was the key. I checked in on line. It took 10 minutes before he got to me. Returning was even worse. Same guy on the counter. He was working with another customer trying to sort out an issue and he was clueless. After 35 minutes another person showed up to help. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

How was given a 20-foot truck when I ordered a 15 foot truck. They were out of the 15-foot and gave me the 20-foot for the same price even though I wanted something smaller. I think you should add an easy ramp to the 10-foot truck.

Even though I had made a reservation earlier it still takes to long to check in and get the needed equipment. Once I was able to see the equipment I had reserved I was concerned with the outside dimensions of the trailer. I was needing to pull it through a 8' gate. The inside dimensions where 7 x 12, the new representative was unable to find a tape measure to check the actual outside wight of the trailer. I requested that I take the next size down 6x12. At that point the new representative turned me over to a experienced representative, which seemed to be upset that he had to take over. Never could find a tape measure. At check in it takes way to long to check a trailer back in 30 min. The new representative expected me to back the trailer back in to its original location. I'm not good at backing a trailer up, therefore the representative expected me to push the trailer back in manually, Im over 70. And had to ask for assistance! WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Let people know in advance about the after hours return policy. I was exhausted and just dropped my keys off. Be upfront about the drop box. It isnt commonly discussed.

My comments are to the billing office at 1-800-789-3638, option 3. I called this morning to have the taxes taken off my 2 orders, as I had sent a tax exempt form along with the driver that picked up the truck. When I tried to get the taxes taken off, the man at U-haul billing office, said he couldn't talk with me about it (he kept saying it would be illegal to speak to me, since my name wasn't on the account). I actually made the reservation, and gave them the name of the driver, used my credit card, my phone number, and my email address. However, he still couldn't speak to me, because it would be illegal. He wants me to have the driver call him, to get the taxes taken off. I will not use U-Hall ever again, after this experience! This is totally ridiculous!
