Well how about telling us the actual price. I was told all the wrong information by someone who did my order from my reservation. He didn’t work in sales he was a Mechanic and did know what he was talking about and we didn’t find that out until we were 700 miles and 4 days into the trip. ??

I won't rent from u again, charging me an extra day, when the trailer was returned to a u haul location in my town.

Two things. The trailer I rented was not clean. It had asphalt remnants (mostly dry, but still somewhat sticky) on the floor. Also some deck screws laying on the floor. Not a huge deal, but it was not cleaned properly prior to being made available for rent. Store worker thought they had used it themselves for some driveway or parking lot repairs. Wow... Second, reserved for one day, confirmed by email, for Saturday June 3rd. Received a call from u-Haul 417-887-5832 about 8:38pm on Friday stating that they had expected me to pick up my rental earlier that morning. I advised that my rental was for Saturday, perhaps I had made a mistake when I reserved. She fixed it in the uHaul system. I later confirmed that my email confirmation had me down for Saturday, for a single day rental. i had been correct all along, but uhaul thought i should have picked up Friday. Now on the day of the rental, the salesman put me down for a 7pm return (their closing time), that same day even though i'd be returning after hours that night (about 9:00pm), so I would only be billed for a single day. Al that was fine. I got a bill Monday morning for THREE days rental, charging my card for $113.32, showing I returned the trailer Monday morning at 8:15am. Not sure how uHaul figures 47 hours to be three days in any case! :) But certainly it should have been for only on day (less than 12 hours). I called and the man fixed it for me, but it seems as though there were several problems in the uHaul system. All that being said, the store was clean, the people were helpful and friendly, etc. Thanks, Todd

I used the App to order my truck and equipment to move with. The process for checking in was awesome; however, the blankets and dolly I ordered was not in the truck when I picked it up.

It was as the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul and I’ll never use them again! I was on the phone for eight hours trying to resolve an issue that didn’t ever get resolved.

NOT the clerk's fault (Jimmy)..first trailer the lights wouldn't all work...granted we had trouble on our personal vehicle at first with light receptacle not going in all the way, but when it did finally click in, our assigned trailer still would not light up all the way..I had to talk him in to changing out the electrical harness and when that also didn't work, we had to 'suggest' trying the trailer next to it...which everything worked like magic! So we spent a lot of time on the lot before we could go do our job. I would say a little more thorough checking out of your equipment a head of time would make your customer a lot more happy. PLUS...I had initially wanted the 4x8..which they had...which was reserving, but but then they found out it was not allowed out b/c it needed service...THEN GET IT OFF YOUR LOT!!!!

Iy was great. There was a glitch in the system when we called to extend our reservation for an additional day, but by the time we turned in the van yesterday all was taken care of. Super nice folks there at the store and quick and easy return

I do not understand why you have an app if you have to rehash everything when you arrive in the store to pick up your rental. Seems to me to be pointless to have an account with your app.

Make sure there aren’t cigarette butts in the vehicle and you have a guy working for you that is very rude and disrespectful to customers
