I was expected to return the rental at 10:00 on a Thursday morning. I don't understand this in that my reservation to pick up was at 10:30. I was thinking I was to have it returned at 11. I was told it was to be there at 10:00????? I arrived at 11 and dropped it off, explaining to the young woman the situation. I thought it was fine. I am throughly disappointed now to see that I was charged for an extra day. If this is the kind of service at that location - I will not go there again. I have used this location several times over the past few years and never been treated or ignored like I was here. You can rest assured I will not do business with them again. If having to have a trailer back at one hour earlier than when I left with it three days before is the policy, I am not pleased. Even more, to be told by the young woman it was okay, no problem and then. to be charged an addition $30.49 for that I don't want to do business with a company that takes that kind of approach.

I had planned on using the rental to move more stuff than what I did but the truck was all over the road. I felt very unsafe. I was very unhappy. When I mentioned it was all over the road when I returned it was told he would see about getting it aligned. Meanwhile I still have a ton to move! I will not be going back there!

Billy was excellent, helping us with getting the truck, later helping the ladies with the big tv box and especially when the check engine light came on one block from the house on our 11 hour drive. He was very professional and patient and checked the codes and cleared the emissions error and got us on the road as quickly as possible! Please let him know we very much appreciated all he did for us!!!


Truck was missing a pressure sensing tire cap that caused the truck to think that there was low pressure in one of the tires. When I pointed this out to the employee he told me not to worry about it that the tire pressure was fine. Note that because of this I had to check the pressure in all the tires several times a day during my cross country drive.

service your trucks and add a few miles to the lease. Most people don't live in town and need a few extra miles to get unloaded and back to town for fuel.

greatly appreciate being open on sunday, and later on sunday than others. have always had good service here. just seems to be understaffed, which I'm sure is a perpetual challenge. have experienced some great u-haul places in the country that come right out when you pull up to return. not always the case, here. have to often get out and go in after waiting as the sign says to do. but I still appreciate this site as the best in the joplin area.

I feel I was possibly misinformed about my deposit but maybe just the return location was incorrect.


The APP would not work properly and I had to go inside to redo the rental. This is the third time the APP FAILED!




People were friendly and very helpful. They helped me hook up and get everything going. Very pleasant experience.


Employee said gas tank was all the way to was not. I put $7.50 in gas for a 20 mile usage plus the .79 cents a mile. So, I returned it completely with a full tank of gas. I know this isn't much money but it's the principal...if you say it's full, it better be full.

The person who checked us in the first time couldn't find our contract on the computer, in spite of us giving the phone numbers that are posted on the contract. My husband thought he had left it where we were staying, but later found it in his pocket. The attendant could find it on his phone, not the computer. Even though we had been told we didn't need to have a paper contract, we did , and were glad we were able to produce it, even if it was late.
