Definitely needs some work. The location is new but the employees were little to no help, and overcharged me, as well as ignoring the reservation I had already made. I rent Uhaul frequently and this was one of the worst experiences ever. Luckily customer service helped.

Bruce HTruck was already damaged. Online booking was completely ignored by desk staff and they proceeded to re-book the truck and trailer, getting all the details of the rental wrong. Got calls at 7am while still sleeping and staff saw no issue with it. Uhaul app to return truck was horrid and didn't work. Security systems not fully in place. No access after hours to storage. While Location is convenient, the experience is terrible.
