Let customers know they're being billed for insurance by uhaul. Im a ex uhaul dealer i know how everything works. Its very unprofessional that i was taken advantage of by this location I've state farm insurance which covers me on any vehicle I'm driving. #bad business

The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and friendly! I was unsure about a lot of things, but they made sure before I left the store that I had a clear understanding of everything! I also loved the cleanliness of the store and the equipment! Again, thank you for your outstanding customer service!

The truck was not in great condition. Over 100k miles and it showed. I also reserved a 10 foot truck at $19.95/day but was given a 15 foot truck and charge $29.95. Not a huge deal but kind of a jerk move.

Easy access from 152 or 129 Barry road. Big lot for easy and safe parking and moving around with trailers. Employees very helpful checking in and fast return. Have rented trailers 3 times so far I can haul more in than pickup faster and safer.

Tiffany Springs UHAUL management was absolutely great! I know individual stores have no control over this but if upper management reads this please make the process easier to rent a truck before or after store hours ... it's easier to vote for the next president then to use the process to get a truck outside of regular hours! Please update your process. Make it easier.

Don't know why you have to login to uhaul's app if you are returning after closing time. Imho it was just an unnecessary hassle and the app didn't work correctly from my iPhone.

When I rented the truck, the tank was at around 5/8ths. I drove 70 miles and added $45 in fuel to the truck. When. I returned the truck at the same fuel level, I was charged $70 because their records said it was at 7/8 of tank.

When I picked up the truck it only had close to 3/8ths tank of gas. I had to fill it, before leaving town. When I returned it they changed me $$90.00 for not filling the tank.

I have been treated great by the uhaul staff. Other than some lady that called me 2 weeks ago when I reserved a truck and trailer online. When she found out I work for Home Depot she turned very rude. She told me Uhaul couldn't help me. But everyone at store level has been great.

Im a mechanic, and I know the equipment that I send out of my shop is safe when I am ready to send it on the road. When I asked the manager of this location if he knew when the last time this trailer had any maintenance done on it, he did not know. He did not even know if anyone had checked the tire pressures on the trailer. I'm loading a very high dollar motorcycle on a trailer, and no one can answer simple questions about the equipment they send out on a daily or weekly basis??? It's even worse when it's the manager and they have no clue. I took the trailer home myself and checked it over before loading it, including checking the tire pressures which both were low by almost 15 psi on each side. How about having each piece of equipment that you send out be checked by a certified technician before it leaves so that you know it's safe for not only the customer, but for everyone else that is traveling on the roads. Just a thought from a mechanic who actually gives a damn.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I accidentally went to the wrong truck (I did contactless pick-up). They had to take care of rearranging my reservation and getting me the new truck. I felt terrible about my mistake. They were incredibly patient and made me feel like it was no big deal. I will definitely use this location again.
