This was a remodel of a old hotel. They have been a storage facility for quite a long time in that location. And the elevator has never worked. That is the reason I moved my stuff out.

Dana B. | Overall ExperienceThe elevator was out of order the day I moved in and was still out of order the day I moved out marking it very inconvenient having to haul items back and forth on the stairs and the the very last step on the bottom stairs to the exit was missing and I almost twisted my foot cause I stepped down hard thinking it was a step there and the stairwell is not lit very well.

They did not go above and beyond to ensure that my experience was 5-star. They were not willing to assist me with clearing out the remaining of my Mom's items left in storage just to incur fees before closing the account when I clearly advised them of the situation.
