None of our small couch, dressers, bed, pretty much anything but boxes, nothing would fit through the door and definitely would not have fit into the elevators, so it was pointless to have rented it. In addition to that, the girl at the front desk was unhelpful from the phone call to check in etc. She sold us a lock for the storage unit when the storage units come with the lock, grumpy every time we talk to her. Left me on hold for the 20 minute drive from our house to the facility and when I arrived, still on hold, she was sitting on her cell phone and was not friendly to help. Very unpleasant experience.

I liked the one month free with the truck rental. But you should have redone the elevators so that they can actually fit the carts without performing 3 or 4 point turns and spilling the cart load. It was EXTREMELY frustrating - to the point that I can't recommend this facility. Also, pick up abandoned trash please. There was a urine-smelling couch near the entryway by the elevators and it was nauseating to smell for 2 days.
