Martin BTruck's steering wheel had a lot of play, dangerous on the highway. By the end of the night, my hand cramped from keeping the wheel straight. Fine local and around town. But I had to drive nearly all highway miles. I had to be hyper focussed to make sure we did not crash. ***Last year's vehicle was even worse, Same fine around town, but on the highway, alignment way out, I had to use force to keep it on the road. People were nice, truck clean, maintenance, not so good.

DAVID HI wasn't explain about the 120 damage fee. I have to file a claim to get my money back. The reps really should explain the bill explaining all the charges. I got charge for something I didn't do.
CHRISTINA OPerhaps explain about the hand truck and furniture pads. That they are available in the vehicle, and what the charges are in the event the ties are cut. Also, don't charge full day expenses for late pick-ups or after hour drop offs.

KEITH TOrdered a vehicle transport in advance. Was notified the day prior that one was not available. I was asked to travel 85 miles to pick one up or use a car dolly. I chose not to drive the extra miles. The car dolly was 300+ less expensive and did the 1250 mile journey. If you rent, call and book more than 3 weeks out to ensure you get what you ordered. Staff at Keene, NH was short handed and took over 1 hour between wait and actually installing the car dolly on the truck. I am overly satisfied for the price, disappointed in the service and wait. Disclaimer: Not all sites are the same and sometimes customer service is improved. Save and happy travels/moves.

Trailers should also have been available that could hold multiple U-Boxes. Much time was lost when each box had to be handled one at a time.

BENJAMAN GI had a wonderful experience! The only thing I would recommend is letting folks know approximately how long it will take when you drop it off! Wasn’t a big deal but helpful to know if I should go home or run errands. :)

Ken HI had two issues with a car hauler. First issue was the ratchet was rusted it did not perform required great amount of force and effort and time to secure the tires and then could not remove it just got it loose enough to pull the webbing over the tire. Second issue was the rubber locking strap on the driver side rear wheel fender was broken completely unattached and I would think that's unacceptable from a safety position which was not noticed when I picked up the car hauler.

After approximately 13 minutes a second uhaul employee appeared and immediately offered to process my return. He completed it promptly and professionally and I was on my way.

PAMELA GUpdate the drivers ability to be able to have a lock that comes with the U-haul for free, also don’t charge as much, considering people pay an arm and a leg on gas. Also maybe consider having a built in screen as to make it easier for those needing to navigate through gps maps, an easier time, rather than having to go out and purchase a brand new phone holder. Get with it U-haul we aren’t living in the 1950’s also the only thing that really felt positive surrounding using the U-haul was the AC was good!

Heidi PWay too fucking expensive like no matter what I did ANYTHING would’ve been cheaper than a UHaul unless I borrowed the largest one, it doesn’t make sense why it’s so beyond expensive and all the charger there are I’d rather die than charge people those prices for something like that jeez you guys must be like poor or company’s shit to have to need that typa money for one rental 😢

A sharp contrast to the location I often use at Princeton Airport which is bare-bones and dirty. Only issue I had was a dead battery on my own personal car when I returned my truck. Employees could not jump me for what they stated as insurance reasons. This is too bad. In the old days, an employee could do whatever needed to help others. I understand the policy, I just disagree, that's all.

Noah in the office was a nightmare to deal with. He checked the computer & verified that I wasn’t late wi payment, which is usually why u-haul staff place lock on customer locker. I had 2 helpers that I was paying by the hour. Noah was uncommunicative & beyond ridiculous to deal with. After standing around waiting to get into my unit for about an hour, Noah finally shows up to unlock my unit & informs me that he wouldn’t unlock the unit without his manager’s approval bc it would cost him his job. WTF ?? Who locked my door in the first place?? Why did they lock it?? Why did it take Noah an hour to act, even though he could clearly see that I was paid up?? I told him that I was paying helpers by the hour but nothing would budge this employee into action. So highly disappointed in the final day in my final interaction with U-Haul Keene. I never did receive any explanation or apology for my unit being locked & the inconvenience that was unnecessarily created

It did show #1110 moved out as well as # 1416 as moved out, I never used #1416!! So there is an issue with your system…You have had several price increases during my 2 years of business and I only received 1 email advising of price increases…The reason for this last move is I found a unit with same specs. for $110.00 per month in a climate controlled building, saving me $60.00 per month…

A very special item was taken from our locker and can never be replaced and they lied to us about somebody going into our locker the locksmith gave us a statement so the new takeover people made a deal with me return my money for the time that I was there but how do you return a piece of paper that is priceless and you can never find another one We had a letter in a bottle that they broke and the letter was taken out of it I’m not very happy about it I want to talk to somebody about it I have saved all the evidence with the lock being drilled in the locker being broken into
