I can’t explained enough how genuinely helpful and caring Amanda, the store manager, has been. You should be very proud of her. She truly goes above and beyond what would be called exceptional service.

The only comment I have is that the left tail light assembly came loose apparently the rivets holding the light in came loose and I no longer had any tail lights and no turn signals

I actually wanted a smaller truck, however, because I was going out of state, that was unavailable. The clerk was very supportive and patient in explaining the available options and provided me with the best deal available.

Person was Very helpful with disconnecting trailer. Special wheeled cart provided the leverage to make the job look easy. The tongue weight of the 6’x12’ four tired trailer is very heavy and almost impossible to lift and maneuver without that cart.

After the first trailer was hooked up, the running and license plate lights didn't work, and it was visually clear that this trailer should have been retired from service long ago. The second trailer met expectations.

I have access to trailers that I could borrow for free, but the convenience of having U-Haul in the town that I need to use it in for mere hours is convenient and cost effective. I was able to rent the trailer and return it within 2 hours and save myself gas and time. Thanks!

streamline rental process so more reservation info carries over to the actual rental. maybe keep more personal info in the system..at least link name and address but not necessarily contact or financial. so you can at least pull up my rental history at your location.

It was wet and a little dirt inside the back. I mean a little.i was told to go sweep it out and I said with what ? I got a shrug. He said otherwise I will be charged $25. I feel I was wrongly charged that $25. It was just a money grab because they know people don’t have a broom with them and or it would cost more in mileage to go back to the house. I am not happy at all with your drop off center. I can only imagine all the college kids they have taken advantage of . I left and extra 100 miles of gas from what I started with . At 7.5 MPG that would be over 13 gallons . At $2.79 a gallon that’s was and extra $36.

The past two times I've tried to return my vehicle online, it hasn't worked. As soon as I start to take a picture of the dashboard, the website crashes and says, "unable to complete task due to low memory." This is not possible, because I have a cutting edge flagship smartphone with plenty of free storage and ram. As such, I was unable to verify the amount of gas I returned the vehicle with, or the miles on it, which are bothe sensitive data as there are additional charges tied to those amounts. I cannot prove it, but looking at what I was charged, it looks like I payed for a half tank of gas, which I had already payed for at the gas station. But again, because of your shoddy website, I cannot prove it one way or another. Very disappointing.

The check-out process is very very poor. You are forced to self-checkout on a phone app. I sat in my car for a few minutes because the sign said to wait in the car. No one came out. I went in and there were 3 employees inside with no other customers and no phone calls. I was told to go back outside and wait for someone to come out. No one cvame out for 10 minutes. I then noticed the sign about self check-out my scanning the QR CODE on the sign. They didn't mention this inside. I downloaded the app and attempted to self checkout. In the meantime, and employee came outside and cleaned the back of the truck parked in front of me. I thought this may be the person to check me out, but they ignored me and went back inside and didn't come back out. I struggled to get the app to work. I took all the pictures it asked and tried to upload them, but the app wouldnt upload the photos. I went back inside and no employees were to be found, so I just left. I will not rent from Uhaul again after this horrible experience. It would have taken one of them 5 minutes to check me out, but instead I was left attempting to do it myself. 0 out of 10

Ensure there aren’t any cars parked behind the U-Haul to make for a smoother exit and lubricate the locks, it was a bit hard to open. Otherwise great location! I edited my pick up time and extended my return both last minute with no problems.

Went in on Sunday the 22nd at 9 am to pick up my reservation, the gentlemen behind the counter had an attitude problem even before I said good morning. My truck was parked in the back lot, wasn't started or even brought to the front of the building. He brought out the two dollies that I also rented and left them at the end of the counter for me to bring out to the truck. Mind you it was 11 degrees Sunday morning and the truck should of been started so it was warmed up, and brought to the front of the building, he never came out and did a walk around with me like U-Haul is suppose to. Was very disgusted with the level of customer service that was displayed Sunday morning.

Really great experience. It was a busy time for rentals and the staff did everything possible to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. The process for pick up and return was easy and fast. Special thanks for Matt and treating me and my needs like I was the only customer. Now that's service!

I didn't realize the condition of the van or license verification of license plate was sent via text until after I got back and tried to check in. I was busy loading up things and didn't hear the text come in and was focused getting on the road. When I got back to check in, the links had expired and the QR codes were not working either. But overall, it was a great experience and I just LOVED the minivan! Great driving, loved having the technology to help w/ GPS and backup cameras. I will definitely use this option in the future. The Keene attendent was also very professional and courteous.

The woman at the counter who arranged for the rental was was very insulting to me. I'm 70 years old and I did not deserve to be insulted. I couldn't hear or understand everything thing she said to me during the checkout and she said in a ver insulting manner "You don't listen very well do you"? I'll never go back there. The employee who rented me the truck was pleasant and professional. The truck itself was a disaster. The brakes were definitely in dangerous condition and the check engine light came on during the trip. The visor was falling off and the transmission seemed to be slipping. I was happy to get back in one piece. This truck (which had 125,000 miles) needs to be retired!

Overall, the experience was positive. It would have been nice to have had the requested truck size available, but I understand it can depend on whether other customers return equipment when they say they will. The customer service was decent and returning the truck was easy and fast.

Was told i would get 1st month free and did not then i purchased 24 hr access but when going to access after hours it wont allow. I had 20 days to move and havent been able to get in now i have 18 days. Not impressed

The facility & staff were both good for the most part. The infuriating part was on the day I arrived to empty my unit. Some staff member had placed a lock on my unit. Noah in the office was a nightmare to deal with. He checked the computer & verified that I wasn’t late wi payment, which is usually why u-haul staff place lock on customer locker. I had 2 helpers that I was paying by the hour. Noah was uncommunicative & beyond ridiculous to deal with. After standing around waiting to get into my unit for about an hour, Noah finally shows up to unlock my unit & informs me that he wouldn’t unlock the unit without his manager’s approval bc it would cost him his job. WTF ?? Who locked my door in the first place?? Why did they lock it?? Why did it take Noah an hour to act, even though he could clearly see that I was paid up?? I told him that I was paying helpers by the hour but nothing would budge this employee into action. So highly disappointed in the final day in my final interaction with U-Haul Keene. I never did receive any explanation or apology for my unit being locked & the inconvenience that was unnecessarily created

Over a 2 year span I had had 2 storage units, 1 was a short term rental unit #1110 and the other unit #1414 I recently closed out on 3/11 or 3/12…I checked on my acct on 3/15 and #1414 didn’t show moved out yet.. It did show #1110 moved out as well as # 1416 as moved out, I never used #1416!! So there is an issue with your system…You have had several price increases during my 2 years of business and I only received 1 email advising of price increases…The reason for this last move is I found a unit with same specs. for $110.00 per month in a climate controlled building, saving me $60.00 per month…

I was very pleased with renting a van and a huge truck along w a storage unit. Uhaul staff was helpful and kind. Moving is not pleasant and UhUl staff helped a difficult time easier and stress free. I recommend uhaul for a storage unit and/or truck.

Area around storage 1203 lighting goes on in off and seems to be set with are motion detector. Have to go down and move around every 5 minutes to keep the lights on.

This place is a joke New take over had to smooth over all of the problems Had stuff stolen my lock was drilled out and another one was put on and they told me nobody did that we had to have a locksmith come and cut the laspe we still have the lock and key our key does not fit the lock. A very special item was taken from our locker and can never be replaced and they lied to us about somebody going into our locker the locksmith gave us a statement so the new takeover people made a deal with me return my money for the time that I was there but how do you return a piece of paper that is priceless and you can never find another one We had a letter in a bottle that they broke and the letter was taken out of it I’m not very happy about it I want to talk to somebody about it I have saved all the evidence with the lock being drilled in the locker being broken into

I am indeeed grateful for the support that Amanda and her staff gave me over the past two years. Everyone provided answers and help on each request that I made. The only issue that I had was the entry cards were sensitive during rainy conditions and or cold conditions. Amanda provided me with an entry code, which worked super. No fusing with cards. We needed a unit for only a few months. I was able to secure it the day needed within hours of dropping off our belongings for storage, access was very easy, with the tools required to transfer everything from the truck to the unit, and vice versa. Staff were easy to work with, it was a quick process, and had no issues. Thank you for the excellent and simple service!

Our biggest issue was the difficulty of setting up an account when we checked in. We already had an account & a unit. We were just adding another unit. We had to do the whole process as if it was a new unit & then they signed us up for the wrong unit so had to do the process all over again. Then the key card we were given didn’t work. Everyone was pleasant & helpful but definitely need more training & a better system to check in. I even reserved the unit online to help speed things along!

The manager at the Keene NH store was very rude! They failed to mention that you have to buy a uhaul lock and use ONLY a Uhaul lock plus all the added fees and only access the unit during store hours!

Units were falling apart & RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. 100/month for a 5x7? INSANE especially since it was a very poorly built shed falling apart inside of a building. & FORCED to buy THEIR lock for $20!
