Our truck had inaccurate mileage on it we were charged for. We also were charged for a two day rental and returned the truck same day. We had communicated with the 1800 Uhaul we were running a little behind schedule and it was no issue. We were charged nearly 200.00 for a 10ft truck in town returned same day. This is outrageous and will not recommend to anyone to rent there. We had rented a larger truck a year prior drove it out of town kept it over night and were only charged $80 so how does this even make sense? This is not okay.Danielle C.

I was charged over $100 in excess of the original quote provided by Uhaul. This location calculated the incorrect fuel level (I am certain the tank was at least 15% more full than what was recorded at time of drop off) and the allowed mileage was unreasonably low. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will likely use a different company for my next move at the end of the monthGrant N.

When we arrived it was raining very heavy. I tried using the online app to take photos of the truck but because of the rain, the screen was too wet to use the program. When we asked for a slip to mark the damage that was not noted, the clerk said " why are you being so difficult about this, we are not a rental company that is going to be picky about the damge. You really need to relax and stop being a dick about this." Since I currently rent 30 to 45 commercial vehicles a month, I do not think looking over and marking damage correctly is not out of line. Honestly if this is how customers are treated, I am surprised that this location stays in business. So unprofessional!TONYA M.

I will never recommend UHaul again after my experience on this trip. My trailer blew two tires, each time it took 45 minutes + On hold to request assistance and an additional hour for response. Customer service was beyond abysmal. UHaul turned a thirteen hour trip into a 21 hour trip. They refused to provide accommodations even after the second blown tire.LYNDA C.

Manager indicated that the vehicle that I was moving would fit on the the auto trailer and it did not. Upon returning the trailer within 2 hours of rental she failed to provide a refund. The U Haul in Concord NH did the same the previous day. Manager was rude.Colleen S.

Normally everything is great. Do to it being the end of the month the store was busy. All the parking spots were taken so I thought I'd do the courtesy thing and park far on the property in an empty spot. A Employee came out and said I couldn't park there. â€œHa haâ€ I'm not sure the reason most the equipment was rented out and it was a normal parking slot? Hey, I tried being nice But she was on me like a eagle on a rat. So I drove back around to customer parking there was a uhaul pickup truck. I pulled behind it as close as I could and my suv hung out into the street. Somehow this made more sense and I conducted business. All in all I ended up embarrassed for being a nice guy and the renter of the pickup had to wait on the transaction.SCOTT S.

Be sure to quote rates accurately. Was quoted a weekly rate at pickup, and at dropoff was told that wasn't available due to the time period we had the vehicle. There were better options available but those were not suggested. Everything else was fine (vehicle clean and reliable, etc.).VARRIN S.

The Uhaul location was excellent. The Uhaul online tools and self checkin needs work. Documenting damage on the truck via the link on my phone is broken. When disputing damage (that requires a picture) the "add picture" button only work in Chrome on my Android phone. No other browser worked. Some of us think that privacy has value and that Google already owns enough of the world.Paul M.

The biggest issue was not with the folks in Brattleboro my problem was with U-Haul in general. Having to drive to Brattleboro to get a truck we reserved for Keene was a huge problem. I had to get home load up my five month pregnant wife and two year son and drive a half hour there and back. There was no pick up button on the website so I had to down load the app and have to call customer service for help. Over all super frustrating but nothing against the local folks.Allen R.

Renting a trailer for a long distance (2,500 miles) is particularly hard. You need to allow the renter a much greater time period to go 2,500 miles. We are paying for each day anyway but you would not know that when talking to people from the destination dealer. They expect the trailer to arrive exactly when listed. We did not list a destination dealer for that reason but somebody arbitrarily picked a dealer I quit using after last year because I paid for a full day but was told to return it in shorter period (3:30 pm). Why when a person is willing to pay fir a trailer would someone try to snatch it out of one's hands when they already said they will Pay the extra days. In my case, the dealer in the destination city was yelling at me 3 hours after the trailer was supposedly due. Give the renter 10 days to get from New Hampshire to Utah for Heaven sake!!!!!!KELLY J.

I frequent this location. Pick up was smooth and quick. Drop off some young lady was helping a customer I patiently waited for 15 minutes. That customer was done as I approached counter she took a phone call instead of placing on hold then hung up and took another? This whole time another employee who I didn't recognize was playing with bubble wrap and counting boxes? Seemed funny because every time I call location I get an automated run around with a robot I never never talk to a human. Location needs a direct lineRobert S.

I had made a reservation to pick the truck up in Westminster VT two weeks in advance and the day before the reservation I got a call saying I'd actually have to pick it up 20 miles away in Keene NH. Pick up time was at the same time as your doors opened. Only one employee was there to get 4 sets of people out the door, so my reservation, which was supposed to start at 9 did not actually begin til 9:40. I made it back within my reservation time of four hours (9-1) but it was stressful. I'm sure if you'd had more employees, or had warned me ahead of time and I could have reserved it for 9:30, that would have been much better.Balmeet L.

I am indeeed grateful for the support that Amanda and her staff gave me over the past two years. Everyone provided answers and help on each request that I made. The only issue that I had was the entry cards were sensitive during rainy conditions and or cold conditions. Amanda provided me with an entry code, which worked super. No fusing with cards. We needed a unit for only a few months. I was able to secure it the day needed within hours of dropping off our belongings for storage, access was very easy, with the tools required to transfer everything from the truck to the unit, and vice versa. Our biggest issue was the difficulty of setting up an account when we checked in. We already had an account & a unit. We were just adding another unit. We had to do the whole process as if it was a new unit & then they signed us up for the wrong unit so had to do the process all over again. Then the key card we were given didn’t work.
