Not having to have a literal photo shoot of the moving truck would be nice after driving around and lugging heavy stuff all day till 12 am.

I hate leaving a bad review but need to mention that there was a leak at one point while I was storing there and upon moving out, I’m seeing all the damage that was actually done to my belongings :( Also the elevator was broken multiple times when I came to clean out my unit making it impossible to do so. Other than that everything was fine.

Upon dropping off the trailer, I explained to the staff member there about the marker / side light being burnt. I also noted that another marker light was not working, and i showed him that a wire had broken under the wheel arch of the trailer, while I had the trailer. He explained he would fix the issue. Again an excellent experience.

Besides the wait times, the staff was very nice and helpful, I always avoid this location because they never have enough staff for the amount of customers, that's a management problem not a Employee problem, the staff is always super friendly and nice once they are able to server you. They are also always apologetic for the wait, again a Management problem not an employee problem

Truck had substantial amount of damage to it from years of use. Front driver tire rubbed on fender, cab or chassis is bent allowing driver door to not shut all the way. Brakes, column shifter all need replaced as well. Facility and employees were great

Everything was perfect except the mobile app and the customer care online. Google showed the office would close at 10 pm and reached at 9.20,but I found closed.it was okay until i tried to start mobile return. I put same info more than three times! whenever, I got confirmation noted Thank You, i thought It's done, but the mobile app was showing I didn’t return. I left the area around 9.40 having confusion... Whether it’s done or not. It was my first time experience to use U-hall. Please update the mobile apps and the customer care through mobile apps. It should be more easier when the customer genuinely wants support at the crisis moment especially for the first time customer like me.

If I could live there I would. The service was beyond top notch. They treated me like royalty. I thought about moving. Into the unit until I read that is not allowed. Anyways I am overjoyed to know that there is still companies that take care of the customer the way these folks do. I would have them over for dinner. I am a good cook if anyone is interested. I love cooking meatloaf and carrots with mashed potatoes. I hope This gets back to headquarters. Love and Peace to you and yours. Gratefully, happy customer

I couldn’t check in online. I had to go it but the key to the truck was in the lockbox so I had to wait. I’m disabled and there is no “out” by the cashier so you have to walk all the way back around which is very cumbersome. The truck was disgusting. The stirring wheel coated my hands in a grey filth. I brought the truck back 2 hours early and got no credit on my bill.

The employees were fantastic in helping me change my original drop-off location to their facility. Very helpful. Having to call it in and wait to speak to someone over the phone to get this done though - that was absolutely ridiculous. 1hr 15min, 4 call transfers... improve this aspect of the business please!

My low rating is NOT due to employee interaction. In fact, they were great! Decided on this unit for climate control. Apparently the literal climate controls the internal temperature. Thermometer plaques on the wall indicate 65-85 temp range. It was 97 inside. Please fix immediately! I'm not going to be fun to deal with if my stuff gets ruined. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The staff at this location NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, but if you miss a payment they blow your phone up back to back nonstop for days! They roof have leaks it was a rainy week th last time I went and water was everywhere they had pieces of some type of gray material on the floor for catch all the water and some of my items looks messed up from the water and when I was ready to cancel my unit they left it open for days I called left a message and no one reached out to me but I am happy to see they finally closed the account. This review isn't against the company really it's the staff that run this location. I have been a loyal customer for years I love uhaul, but for my next mov idk if I will continue on in the future I wa treated horrible here.

Too pricey for a facility that always has a broken elevator. I came from Dallas numerous times to clear things out my unit to discover the elevator was out. (Feb, March and April specifically ). I am a single woman so the broken elevator was a huge deal. No discounted rent or anything just told to take the stairs. I can not lift heavy items and had limited help. And definitely could not afford it with the cost of storage and travel to and from Dallas. Even when workers are around. They could see you struggling and just walk past and say nothing. Don’t offer assistance or anything. I moved out Friday , the elevator went out and 4 men just looked in disbelief . You think any of them offered to lift a finger . The only thing they kept saying isn’t the stairs . I became unglued because the lack of empathy and laziness is unreal. It’s not like they had a ton of other customers… the facility was empty: I will not recommend this location to anyone. I rented here before and this past year has been the worst it’s ever been.

Storage unit rained in it which caused water roaches. My queen mattress was replaced with someone elses mattresses management has never contacted me on how they would like to handle the matter. I would NEVER rent anything or refer anyone to U-Haul due to the horrible service I have received from this location and the lack of customer service from management. Since I've rented it has been nothing but a headache !

This was a weather-related problem in the facility. Not their fault. Leaks are always a problem to locate origin of the outside entry of the water. The problem was getting more help than the local staff. There was supposed to be some, but they were hard to schedule, and then didn't show up at all. So it was just the two local women who had to do the move for/with me. They were very courteous and helpful. The only remaining problem is a tapestry loom that is at the front, when it should have been put further back, preferably against the back or side wall so it could stand up properly, and not be in the way for further shifting of contents.

We left and went back to our old storage place because this place had roaches and mold got onto some of our things. Even though this storage place isn’t climate controlled it definitely felt like that. It was not clean when we would go there and 9 out of 10 times had an odor when we would come check on our things.

Having a dumpster for customers to use would be extremely helpful. The parking lot always has trash flying around because there is no place to discard trash. We have picked up countless screws in the parking lot. With the amount of money charged for rent, I think a dumpster would be justified.

I would like to rate this experience better however I just got back from visiting with my mother on her death bed from cancer I moved everything I own into your facility however I'm suppose to be at work for 5:30am and my clothes are in my unit and I've tried my code that worked on October the 6th because I tried it to make sure it worked because 2 other customer were complaining about their codes denying them well apparently that's just how thos location operates in a VERY inconvenient way it isn't 11pn 2am it was 7:07pm when I drove up and one panel denies me access and the other door says I'm not checked in but I am checked in in a very inconvenient way. Now I will have to miss work and not get paid which I really need right now because in approximately at most 2 weeks I will have my mom's funeral to attend. This is extremely poor business and horrible service I am very VERY unhappy and a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer so much I am regretting my choice in storage units now and will never suggest anyone coming here

I was locked out of the storage facility on several occasions when it was supposed to be open. The climate was always a higher temperature than the controlled. It smelled like dog food? And the elevator was broken when I moved in. Also I had a unit in the direct sun light so it was always very hot.

I had to wait over an hour to finally get into the building where my storage was held. Keep in mind, I drove 7 hours straight to get to this destination and it’s as if nothing was adequately prepared for me. I was inconvenienced heavily, and so were the individuals that arrived to this branch to assist me in moving my things into storage. There was also a large rat just crawling on the wall on a unit nearby. I’m still highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my services yesterday.

Black entry door needs a way to allow door to remain open such as a stopper. Each time I tried to enter I had to hold door open with one hand and try to pull hand truck with other hand. Door kept slamming on my load and knocking it off. Also the pest control black box was too strong for my small unit. It gave me a headache and I could still smell and taste it 30 minutes after leaving. I removed it and put in hallway. I had already advised staff that it was too strong and he said housekeeping would take care of it.

The salesman in the front who assisted with assigning me a storage unit was very rude and was not helpful. He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. Then when we went to tell them there wasn’t a lock in there, they told me I had to buy one. Bad experience.

Hi, this is my very first time renting a storage and I will say it was interesting to say the least. I arrived to center and I entered the store for check in. The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered. It was just a ok experience for myself. I would just invite a friend to come if they really need space. Thanks for the storage.

The lady who did the paperwork was not knowledgeable and did not pay attention . She had to ask the other agent about almost every line of the contract. When the contract was FINALLY ready, almost an hour after we began, she had entered the wrong size unit and it took an additional half hour to get THAT straightened out. This does not appear to be rocket science or brain surgery. It made the whole process aggravating \, took entirely too long, and was stressful.

I arrived at 20 minutes before closing, but cashiers were stressed as customers were complaining units they just rented had locks on them. Ditto on one I rented. Also, my PIN # was not activated.

Storage building was clean but there were a few times that I was unable to access my unit after hours do to security issues with u haul. Since I paid extra for 24 hour access, I gave 3 stars.

I pick my all my belonging and close my unit at the office left there and forgot my motorcycle pipe which were brand new $ 500.00 called the next day all day long no response they stole them

Some of the staff, specifically an assistant manager when this unit was first rented, was rude and less than helpful. Also, UHaul's inflexible rule are a problem.
