My low rating is NOT due to employee interaction. In fact, they were great! Decided on this unit for climate control. Apparently the literal climate controls the internal temperature. Thermometer plaques on the wall indicate 65-85 temp range. It was 97 inside. Please fix immediately! I'm not going to be fun to deal with if my stuff gets ruined. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
