I pick my all my belonging and close my unit at the office left there and forgot my motorcycle pipe which were brand new $ 500.00 called the next day all day long no response they stole them

Some of the staff, specifically an assistant manager when this unit was first rented, was rude and less than helpful. Also, UHaul's inflexible rule are a problem.

Staff NOT knowledgeable about month storage w 1 way rental. Argued and was rude, i called customer service and was informed It is good for 24 month and valid anywhere, not 1yr and at drop loc only.
