I have used this location on multiple occasions. They have always been very helpful & have done their best to get trailers for me. The call centre on the other hand is very disorganized & don't know much. I called them to confirm my last trailer. I was placed on hold & transferred 4 times & was on the phone for nearly 30 minutes. At the end the person had no idea what I was talking about even though I had a reservation number.Terry G.

Wait time this morning was incredibly long. 45 minutes standing online before reaching the desk. Truck was pretty beat up, lots of dings and dents but it ran good and no mechanical issues.NEIL P.
I reserved a 10 ft cube van. When I went to pick it up, 15 minutes prior to the pick up time, there were 5 to 6 people in line. I got to the front at 11:20 after hearing people ahead of me being told items in their reservations weren't available, and was then told that my Reserved van wasn't available and was bing replaced by a gm Savannah panel van " of the same interior dimensions". Trouble is the van door didn't open as wide and there were no tie down area on the walls . As it was, we had to cram the furniture through the entrance, risking damage. I would not use this location again, even though it is the closest. It is unbelievable to me that you would have only one person on shift during an obviously busy time...there were reservations not walk ups. She was doing a great job but run off her feet. There's no way customers should have to wait almost an hour ( in my case, longer according to what I overheard from those in front of me). RIdiculous.Pauline G.

This was absolutely horrendous. Poorly staffed, management clearly has no idea of peak times of when people came in, there was only one and sometimes two people working for 25 people in line. Pickup was on Saturday morning. The office was understaffed and there was a 15 minute wait for service. I returned my trailer the same day and advised the staff but they did not log my return. I suspected this might happen and took photos of the returned trailer. I was invoiced for two days instead of one. When I called the location to correct the invoice, I was put on hold for 25 minutes. I finally spoke to Nancy Young at corporate, who was excellent in processing a credit to my account. The equipment was great but the service was not up to par with my experience with UHaul over the past 30 years.Sean K.

I went in there to rent a truck thinking they would give me the same rates the oficial u-haul page is advertising for 24h but when I returned the truck I was charged 300 dlls for no more than 22hDAVID A.
The lady who was working the counter and processed my rental displayed terrible customer service. First of all, I had scheduled my reservation time to pick up at 6:30pm. I got a call at 5pm saying I needed to come pick up the uhaul now as it's â€œbusyâ€ and they may not be able to process my rental if I show up at 6:30. I agreed to do this even though I was in the middle of moving and already rushed. When I arrived at the uhaul location I was the only customerâ€¦ not sure that constitutes being busy. Upon â€œwalking me throughâ€ the pre inspection procedure the she was very unclear and was firing off information that made zero sense (I used quotations for walking me through for a reason). When I asked her to repeat the info she replied â€œsir, this is all very easy and straightforwardâ€ implying that I was dumb for not understanding her â€œinstructionsâ€. People like this should not work in customer service as I will never use this location again due to her extreme unprofessionalism.Annan R.

I called the office to discuss my grievances several times and was put on hold but have gotten multiple requests to respond to the service. Due to my medical condition I was not able to move my belongings. A friend drop the key off at the office for my mover to access my locker. When the mover got to the office they couldn’t find the key but happily let him cut the lock.They even supplied the tool I would’ve been happy to give my permission If they had called me, after all how did they know who he was. I emptied my my storage unit C224 on December 27 and advised the office in person, before departing, that it was empty and no longer required. The front desk person acknowledged my comments and said they would send a employee to check it. My only suggestion would be to implement a company rate to promote repeat or long term usage of the storage facilities. As a Senior Move Management company, I rent lockers on a regular basis for my clients. When I was at the front counter inquiring about my unit, the staff member was not very helpful. I asked where was the unit located and got the answer "I think building 1". When I finally found the unit there was a lock already on the door. I went back to the office and asked about it to the same employee he just looked at me. I said it looks like one of u-hauls locks maybe. He then said well yes I put it there. I had to then ask how do we get it removed, he said well I guess I could go out there in a bit. I had rented 30 foot Rv spot for my trailer with the idea of fitting a second trailer there at some point 17 months later i realized upon buying a second trailer that my actual spot was 17 feet when i brought this to the managers attention she did not seem to take action after two weeks i spoke with her again only to be told that she can evict me at anytime and that if i am unsatisfied i should take my business elsewhere which i did the new manager was very helpful and i was refunded the difference that i over paid for the last 17 months i should also point out the front desk staff are kind and helpful the only bad apple there was tina but thankful now she is gone no future clients have to deal with her bad attitude.Peter S. | Overall Experience

Early yesterday morning before I was fully awake someone phoned, identified themself as staff and explained to me that the storage unit was no longer going to be available o n may 1st when it had been booked for. That there were 2 units available right now and I could only have it if I took it RIGHT NOW. I explained that I needed it for 1 month from May 1st as we had rented a 15ft truck with 2 bedrooms of furniture and were moving from the States to Canada.. We needed it for 1 mth while we were quarantined for 2 weeks on arrival, as per the new Covid Health laws. The staff insisted we had to book the truck from yesterday and if we we late moving our furniture out after May 13th that they would give us a couple of days grace. I moved in no problem in an hr. Came back a few days later and I didn’t realize what time it was and phone was in car outside and my girlfriend and I were just organizing our storage locker and we lost track of time. It was around 11pm(10pm is closing time)when we finished and I didn’t think anything of it. So we locked it up and closed the door. Got in my car to drive out and tried my code numerous times and it wouldn’t work then we called uhaul phone number provided on google maps and it took an hr to get the gate opened. Finally the staff got it opened and we went home to bed. Next time we went was a few days later and my code didn’t work and it was locked I got punished with a only during store hrs access. That sucked for us cause we both work long hrs and have kids. I tried to talk to manager and she was rude, short and unprofessional with very poor customer service and she wouldn’t bug on the rules. A few more days go by and there was another lock on my locker provided by the manager for apparently smoking and leaving garbage. I called she was rude, short and unprofessional. But also kicked me out with 48hrs notice. Before the end of the month. So now we have to find another place to store stuff for 7 days till we move not very helpful to our already busy schedule. It has really put us in a bind financially and a waste of our time. 1 mistake and 1 cigarette but in the hallway near the door to exit the building and we get evicted.
