Nothing. Your staff was totally impressive! I had come down from Kamloops that afternoon and unloaded, so I was tired! I messed up backing up as a result, but it wasn't treated as a big deal.

Everything with the truck was fine except the alignment was way off. The steering wheel was almost 90° to drive straight down the road. It didn't inspire much confidence in the rest of the truck.

do not charge me for dollies they did not give me. They could of verified that befor e they charged me. If they can verify that after the fact. Fishy! Then took forever to verify that I did not receive them. Before they would credit my card back. we will see if they do. they have not as of yet. Not impressed....

I tried to rent this truck using the phone app. Sarah from the app said my license wasn't valid as it said ID on the back of it. Its a valid Enhanced Drivers License, and it was rejected. I had to go stand in line to rent the truck, which ended up being a complete waste of my time. Please fix the process, as it does not currently work.

I recieved a call 3 hours after I returned it saying I didn't return it yet. Once I called back it was sorted out. Other than that the whole experience went smooth and the equipment was great.

Horrible service didnt have enough equipment messed up my order pick up time from 8am to 8pm and they were closed before 8 PM so I couldn't pick up my trailer and had it rented the next morning so I couldn't get it then either

Process of reserving, picking up and dropping off the truck was seamless and quick. The passenger door rear view mirror would not hold its position and was useless to view backwards from this irror. I told the employee who I turned the truck over to and he fixed the mirror immediately. Everyone was very courteous. Thanks

I was called an hour before I was to pick up the truck and was told that there was no truck for me as the guy that had it hadn't brought it back...needless to say, this was devastating news to hear on moving day when I already had people on the way who had to work on Monda, then when I called and my daughter called nobody seemed to know what was going on and when I called again the guy didn't know anything and said that the truck had been there the whole time, so, I picked up the truck at 11:30 instead of 10:00,,,this was quite upsetting...terrible communication...

I was overcharged, and the customer service of the lady receiving the the truck was terrible... when we ask her for the over charge she just send us inside to make about a 20 min line in a very rude way... also, 1 hour after we return the truck this branch called me and ask me if i was going to keep the truck longer because i pass the dead line??? The miss communication is amazin in this place

It was difficult to get a trailer close to my house. This was the closest location which is quite far and I must have passed 4 U-Haul locations to get to this location. Felt very uncomfortable that they took a picture of my drivers license with a cell phone to upload onto the system. With all of the privacy issues and the computer breaches that occur, I did not like that system at all and will re-consider ever renting from U-Haul if that is their policy. How long is my information stored and for how long before it is deleted? Why is the information being stored electronically when I have returned the rental in good shape and there were no problems? Nobody could provide any real answers about the intricacies of this system, which makes me even more uncomfortable.

The pictures and smart phone option when checking out may be fine for younger people but I found them very confusing and had to get assistance in figuring out what was really being asked. Apart from that everything went fine.

Overcharged. My MasterCard was charged $120 for a small truck which we returned 2.5 hours early. We filled it to the same spot (almost 1/4) that we picked it up at. Customer service was very rude and unwilling to discuss the matter. I have always moved using U-HAUL and I have never experienced such horrible service. Granted I have never used this location. Also, the dolly which we never used because we have our own was slightly bumped and that broke the plastic seal which I guess determines whether it was used or not. That was set up to be a cash grab I believe. .* I will copy and paste this review to your ratings online if this situation does not get resolved
