bugs and mice into your things had to clean everything before taking stuff home. . almost 2yrs rental and no break on charge with 1 cabinet to dispose expensive charges will not use again or recommend

andree t | Overall ExperienceDealing with uhaul was a problem from the start. Firstly the so called upgrade to a larger truck cost me considerably in fuel expense. Then my storage reservation being changed from a 10x15 to a 10x10 when after driving for some 12 hours was completeley unacceptable. How you think that giving me a smaller unit than the one I had reserved would be fine, I don't know. Thankfully I ended up at the langley facility and the associate there, Mary, with a bright cheerful attitude, took the time to get me a proper sized unit and sorted out the foolish truck return which was supposed to go somewhere else allowing me to return it there. I doubt that I would ever use Uhaul again. Except for Mary, this entire endeavor was a demonstration in total incompetence and poor business practices showing complete disregard for the customer.

MICHAEL C | First ImpressionsDue to an apartment fire and having to move out fast as I can, Uhaul was absolutely wonderful in getting me what I needed.. the only one time that I had a little bit of an issue was I requested my pod at a certain time and it wasn’t there when I got there. However, they did bring it out within 20 minutes after I got there. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.
