This was an average rating do to the following: 1. My schedule pickup was 6:30am. Result: online application was not available until 2 minutes before 7am. 2. The vehicle was free form loose dirt. However, the overall look of the vehicle was dirty and had leaves under the seat, and dirt stains in the front and the rear.

When he didn’t open on time, I had to call the front office for the movers who couldn’t get in. He told me he was a bit behind and to stop “tricking” on him instead of acknowledging his fault and seeing that I was only concerned while being patient. U haul has put a terrible taste in my mouth and I would never even buy duct tape from this company again. I hope my $1400 isn’t enough to keep uhaul in business. There are way better companies I should have given that money to.

Lan PUhaul needs to review the after hours rental experience! If the customer already have an account set up with uhaul what's with all the reverifying who I am?!?! All of the calling various people to verifying took up mat of my time trying to rent the vehicle (it took an hour ro verify....thata completely unexceptable and it was vwry frustrating)!! That and your customer service people sound like they were asleep and kept transferring me all over the place and essentially left me on hold!!! I eventually walked all the to thw back in the dark to finally find the truck I was looking for!!! I am a single woman with a bum ankle....NO ONE should have to walk your entire lot to find a Truck! I was scared to death walking back there alone...yall gotta so better!!!
SONIA MInspect the trailers for cleanliness when they are returned. The trailer I rented was full of roofing nails and asphalt grainulars from shingles. There were a lot of nails in the gap between the trailer and ramp. I'm sure I left a trail of nails on the roads and fortunate that I didn't get a flat while manuevering into my loading space.

SUSAN BArrived 15 mins. before my scheduled pickbup time and left the facilty 15 mins. after closing tim. The appliance dolly I ordered was not loaded on the truck After closing. I entered my reservatiob 5 days out and when I arrived did not have the 20' truck I "reserved". I suggest the customer service desk get beefed up the last 2 days of the month into the first 3 days of the month. The customer svc rep was clearly overwhelmed working 2 desks at one time. I have always used Uhaul when I need to move and will continue to do so. 2 days later I returned the truck before the store opened. The customer rep that day, took care of me for the inconveniences I suffered. He went above and beyond.

Marcos MI did not have a very good experience picking up the truck and at the drop off was even worse. It took a long time to even drop off the truck because of the process and the person at the drop off would not do the close out I had to do and it was bad reception area. At the pick up location I had to walk to get my truck and I did not see them do a damage inspection so that I can see what was already damaged on the truck so I would not be charge. The attendant put the incorrect location on my drop off and my card had to be ran twice. Not a good rental day!

Desriann BThe female with the braids is so rude with bad customer service. The female with the bush doesn’t seems to like working. All they do is talk and gossip. The guys, now I give them 5 stars. The trucks need to be clean and disinfected. The back for bed bugs etc. I once got bed bugs in my furniture using a dirty truck. I was eager to move and didn’t have the time to clean it myself. I now put a bed bug fogger on the truck before loading.

Nirous LIt would be nice to be able to get the key without going to the counter. Something like the way you can pick up your Amazon packages. This is because you usually still have to wait in line for other customers. Also, the approval in the app could be a bit faster. These were very minor issues, everything went smoothly. Including drop-off during the rain. The customer service agent took over checking the truck in for me so I didn't have to work in the rain.

Keysi C1. Train your employees to use meaningful words. Pick up and drop off addresses do no mean the same as customers address where they are moving from and to. 2. Your system that estimates total mileage is skewed towards profiting you to the disadvantage of your customers. I suggest you put a disclaimer that notifies your customers, the GPS system used in your mileage estimation. You must tell the customer the route to take and if they deviate from the route, they may go extra miles and incur extra charges. In my case, $78.00. I used Waze. When I complained, Jonathan told me he is not familiar with Waze. When I asked why he thought it was necessary to call me back due to my complaint, he said he wanted to notify me that I was not getting any refund. The purpose of my complaint was to help you understand your customers and eventually improve your customer service. It was not just about refund.

My payments were due on the 26th. I was told if am moving out on the first l should be fine with the July payment already made. August first l got a truck from Uhaul to move my stuff. Instead of the staff l talked to, closing the storage account, they didn’t and l got multiple emails about payment when l already addressed that before move. That was not acceptable.

At 7pm, I was told the garage doors were locked going to be locked and I would have to enter through a single door. That is devastating news to a person who is paying movers by the hour. Additionally, the entryway was blocked due to auction waste. The staff cleared just enough for us to access the door, but the rest of the waste was left for us to navigate. It was disgusting. I have the pics to prove it, and I have the pic of the associate locking the door in my face, when she could of easily let me slide one more load through the garage door, before she locked it. Poor condition, poor service and unclean environment.

Also, location of the unit in proximity to the loading dock was dicey; go down one row, turn right, go down another row to get to unit. Not easy (tiring) when you have physical mobility issues. Overall the storage area is cleaner/nicer than Public Storage I have used in the past.

I complained about roaches being in my unit and you will even see them crawling down the hall. I was told that I should have gotten the insurance from them and possibly it would cover the expenses of getting pest control. Later I went to my unit and it was full of rodent droppings. Some of my items are ruined. The previous staff when I first moved into the unit was wonderful and very helpful, they did not mind explaining things. The staff now seems to not care about the customers or their belongings. The 24 hour access i paid monthly for did not get me the access. One one day the doors were open and the next day they were locked and the card will keep denying you to get in. Not convenient at all. There seem to be a lot of staff turnover and no consistency in the policies either. I am very disappointed with my rental
