The website did not work for me as I do expected it to work. I book my equipment but when I reach to the location their system showed that I only reserved for dolly when I did reserve both truck and dolly. Worst my online reservation was $58.00 when in the location the least that the customer person was able to do was $88.00.

I have used U-haul many times before and this location is by far the worst. Customer service is completely lacking. Communication and basic willingness to do the work is lacking as well. I used a U-box and have finished using it yet, 1 month later Im being charged for it as if it is still in use. I have called several times and always told the manager is not there and will call me back. To this day, I have not received a call. Picking up my U-box was a pain as well. I was the only person in the facility, no line, and reserved online and had called the night before to ensure everything would be ready, yet it still took almost an hour to get going versus in Ann Arbor where it was less than 10 minutes even while they had other customers. Avoid this location if you are looking for convenience or customer service. I moved from Ann Arbor and U haul on that end was a breeze.

Allow for the return locally of equipment to locations within DMV other than original rental location if finished prior to its drop off great inconvenience also give a recommended amount for gas for the trip I filled mine up because it was on a quarter tank and returned it with less than a quarter tank used it was an 89.00$ fill up

Allow customer to return equipment to first choice location when they are redirected because of lack of availability. I had to drive 30 miles to pickup a trailer for in-town use and then return it 30-miles away even though there are 3 locations within a few miles of my house.

overall the vehicle appeared clean. however empty bottles and trash were found in vehicle. I thought I was renting a vehicle for $20/day plus mileage and when I saw my bill it was a $80/day rate! I am not happy with this service.

I called in because I was double charged. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I was then greeted by an associate named Sylvia. She explained to me that it probably was a problem with my bank in a very nasty attitude. I told her do give me a second while I looked over everything. She started talking about how she was busy. I told her to give me a moment, I waited patiently. She can at least give me a couple of minutes. She started going back and forth with me. I got upset and disconnected the call. She was rude and nasty. I mean it’s not even 10am. I think she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I will be calling back to speak to a manger.
