Upon return l was really disappointed. I pulled up to the equipment return during normal business hours and no one was there. I had a question that needed to be addressed. I sat in the equipment return line for about ten minutes, while also calling the store from inside the van. It said estimated wait time was over twenty minutes. I go inside the store and no one is there. For a few minutes. The store is unlocked, it's 3 in the afternoon and no one is at the front desk, behind in the employees office... nothing. Around twenty minutes after, someone was finally in the office and because some other customer went in the store before I got back inside the one employee behind the desk now just â€˜hurried' me out and said just leave your keys on the seat. Only person who graciously helped that day was a woman with the last name Bussey (?). This location though gives me very disorganized and unprofessional. Couldn't believe how the quality of service dropped.Jason A.

For mobile pickup, u-haul should designate zones so anyone can see which zone the truck is in and not have to walk/drive the entire lot. Also it would be nice if any accessories purchased beforehand were already placed in the rental truck and did not need to be taken from the counter and carried to the truck.Marcus M.

I was highly inconvenienced by coming to this location because my original reservation at JK Carroll on Route 301 in Bowie never updated my reservation and I was forced to come to the new location. However the entire staff at the Lanham location was excellent especially your employee CJ. He was extremely helpful.
