I had problems with the unit. I was unaware that there was no elevator to bring things up to the second level. Also, I requested something that can hold a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment and the unit could barely hold a couple of mattresses. They gave me two units that were like very small tiny and some things are still on the truck. I had to extend the truck rental because of the lack of space in the units now I have to find another unit separate and pay for it separate. I also had to pay an extra day for truck rental $49. JUSTICE E | Overall ExperienceThe only negative aspect about my experience was that the staff have no knowledge of leaks occurring unless a customer accesses their unit and tells them about it. There should be a better system in place to where the facility gets regular inspections for leaks. Even if insurance is purchased, the damage to a customer’s property could be prevented.

Last summer, I spoke with the manager about some kind of brown debris that was over everything in my unit, he explained that it’s rust from a leaking ceiling that was affecting the unit above mine. I officially checked out of my storage unit at the beginning of September and removed all of my belongings at that time. The unit was completely empty when I left. Several days after my confirmed move-out, I was contacted and told that items were found in the unit and that I would be charged. I do not understand how this is possible, as I personally removed everything and properly vacated the space. The items referenced do not belong to me. I find it extremely concerning that I am being charged for belongings that are not mine, especially after I completed the move-out process in good faith. I am requesting that these charges be immediately reviewed and removed from my account. I would also appreciate documentation (photos, timestamps, inspection records) showing when these items were discovered and how it was determined they were connected to me. This situation has been frustrating and unfair, and I hope it can be resolved promptly and professionally.
