I thought initially going in soon as the doors open at 7 am the experience started out good. Go to find the truck assigned and the gas was almost on empty. I pull in front of the door, walked back in told the gentleman who assisted me, and to my surprise his response was just take a picture and it will be adjusted when you bring back. That did not happen received my receipt at 8:39 am today. I was charge for half the fuel and also fuel refill. I immediately call customer service and complained about this, and sent proof of where the gas was when I picked up truck. Poor customer service at this location. I will definitely not be returning. Part of the problem for me is the services that the staff provide or not provide, first the attitude, as if we really don't need you, second do I need help to hookup the trailer, because of this location if there are returning trucks you can't get by to get your trailer because of the block one way for to get the your hookup. You have to back up and drive around to the other side for the hookup. Then you have to back up in a narrow road way to hookup. On the return you have go do basically the same things and they even don't offer you to unhook the trailer or back up in the same narrow road. Last you get a call saying when are going to return the trailer when you have 24 hours and you only had it for lest than 6 hours. I am not a complainer but it like the more I come to this location it go from bad to worry. If you check my record you find that I rented all the time from different location. 24 hour drop off is great. The required online checkout is a breeze, and your care explains why my vehicle was clean and fully operational whe I picked it up. I also rent Cars from Enterprise, and your vehicles are usually in better working order than theirs, so I appreciate it very much. Required photos are a new twist, but I can appreciate how that might influence people to clean up before turning in their vehicles. I've rented from this location multiple times and I'm always pleased with the customer service. Lines move along reasonably and the vehicles are clean. Everything was the same this time except the vehicle was very dirty. It was empty but by the buildup of dust and dirt on the dash I can tell that vehicle hasn't been wiped down in a few weeks. The smell inside was worse, smelling just shy of poop. I don't know if this vehicle came from another location but it definitely isn't their standard. I look at it as an isolated incident and I would definitely choose this location in the future.SYREETA J.

My original location was Takoma Park, where I had booked van weeks before. 45 minutes before pick time, i learned there was a message on my phone saying the van I booked was not available and that I needed to go more to Lanham to get one. This was extremely inconvenient and created havoc as the van was needed for other activities that were on a time schedule. Truck TM 1785 has a very cranky egnition, very hard to -get the key to turn and start the vehicle. There was structural damage to the ceiling of the uhaul facility which caused permanent damage to my furniture and other property. I informed the front desk staff who was incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Ebony was eating and seemed completely disinterested during my visit. The manager, Brittany was not knowledgeable and only offered her card. They were unable to even tell me if my unit had insurance. When I arrived the representative was on the cell phone. As I approached, she paused her conversation and though she asked how can she help, I since she was not very much into customer service. Why do I say that? When I asked about prices and space sizes, she simply pointed from a seated position rather that getting up and directing me. After signing the agreement, she handed me my paper and gave me unclear directions as to where my storage room was located. Most of all, she didn't explain to me that I need the access card to get into the building. I actually didn't notice the access card till she caught my attention as I was walking away and she said I needed it to get into the storage area. It took me a while to find my storage locker and when I returned to ask about rather there were elevators in the facility, she paused a cell phone conversation and gave me the look of, "now what does he want?" She could have explained from the beginning that my locker was on the second level and there were no elevators or ramps to get there, only stairs.mark c. | First Impressions

The registration agent at the facility rude and dismissive and the employee that was on staff w/ her first 7 minutes of my intake was spent trying to tell her that I wasn't there to pick up a truck. She refused to except information from my registration for the storage space, after an exhausting 7 minutes we began the process to secure my space. We get to the space there's a green tag on the door I cut the tag a deafening sound blared over for 3 mins. Now we make it back to the truck while we are off loading a staff member comes thru not once but three (3) times(each time he came through he found something laugh about or make a commit) to to tell us the large sliding door will lock at 7 and all moving will be thru the small door. This was undeniably unreasonable request that brought on a toxic level of stress to beat the clock. We did just that packed the unit wrestler the required lock we were forced to purchase despite the fact we came w/a lock for the unit. What if we didn't have the money to support the forced purchase. You are dealing with induvial that are in tight situations make quick move under direst to force people to purchase a lock that truly doesn't properly fit the unit it took two people to close the unit one to fit the small facing into the hole and force the key to close and the other to level the door so that the lock fits yet another example of unnecessary stress added when dealing with the facility. So we are done, unit is closed then we remembered we needed to get an item . We unlock the unit that deafening sounds starts and never stops, we scrambled to find the item the was sound blaring it distorted us we couldn't think after leaving the facility we had head pain that was unbelievable.
