MARCUS HThe young lady that assisted with rental was very helpful at helping me thru process of the rental. Even though I was told it was one price when i called the 1-800-# to make the reservation, and it was a different price when paying for the rental. (Was told i could use a cash app card for the rental, but was never told on the phone that there was an additional $100 charge added to the cost. Its only like a deposit kind of thing.) Which when i return it today, i was refunded my deposit of $100.

oscar nThe problem I had was that I rented a trailer and the checkout time was 11 AM, but the person who rented it to me told me I could return it no more than two hours after the specified time the next day. The next day I returned it one hour and 40 minutes late, which was 11 AM, and I was within two hours of arriving at the location. The other people told me I had to pay for an extra day's rental because I didn't arrive on time, but that's not what the guy who rented it to me said. So for me, it was a very bad experience.

Francisco LWhen told vehicle in back was dirty, nothing was done to correct the problem. We had to clean it ourselves BEFORE and AFTER. Vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. A/C was not working inside the vehicle and it was very hot outside. Passenger door handle was cracked and broken.

FRANCISCO A15 feet truck is to high for me ..I am 5 foot 7 inches...the truck needs a step on the driver and passenger doors.

Noe CNeed a better truck. I had to used a very old truck with over 130k miles on it. Driving an around trip that is 700 miles was not comfortable and the whole trip the truck was make a weird noise. I had to listen to that sound for 5 hours going and 5 hours coming back.
