Did not have dolly, this is a vital piece to moving. Also had tow dolly and then didn't have tow dolly for me to rent. Uhaul wanted me to travel 25 miles north to get a tow dolly.

My rental truck was filthy which leads me to believe it wasn't sanitized to covid standard. I was also charged twice for what I don't know didn't get a final break down of my charges. When I returned u haul the lady said I would get a email never received one

I went in waited 15 mins the boss was there and another worker nobody help then after 20 mins Miss Mary helped me and that was my highlight she is great helped with all my needs and got me right thsnk you Ms Mary .

First of all, when I reserved the truck I chose a location nearby given the limited miles included in the cost. It wasn't until 1 day prior to my move I received a text message asking for confirmation, and it was then noted I would be picking up at a location not nearby. FIX your website and don't "click bait" people. If you don't have a truck available at my preferred location don't let people reserve that location. ALSO due to covid this was advertised as a contactless transaction. I was told to use the app for check in process. This was completely useless as not only could I not check in using the app, I had to have contact with employees inside the store. Don't say it's going to be contactless if it's not.

I reserved an appliance dolly.a There were none left in the city when I went to pick it up. However, at least they didn't loose the truck reservation. In August, I had made a reservation at another location through the website. In spite of having a confirmation number and everything, there was no reservation with them.

The staff appeared to be high at the time of the pick up was not knowledgeable what she was doing kept giving out wrong trucks and it's in and the customers to the wrong vehicle

Waited to get our truck and there were four people behind the counter. Then turned in truck and was told receipt would be emailed and got a call two days later that truck hadn't been turned in. Brought truck back with same fuel level but was charged for fuel.

I accidentally left something in the back of the trailer I rented. Looking in the trailer is apparently not part of the check in process. So even though I returned close to closing time, so am doubtful the trailer went back out that day, and called the very next day, and Day following, I was told my items could not be located. So to me this means, at some point the trailer was opened and my items were just thrown away, which is poor customer service, or they were left for the next renter to find, which is poor customer service. My guess is that the location takes the position that they are not responsible for left items, and I understand that. I forgot my items. However, asking the renter to check and looking for themselves should be part of the check-in process for this very reason. For their own protection, what if I had damaged the inside of the trailer? That should have been a conversation at the time of my return and not just someone calling me saying I damaged it after the fact.

Hire good people that knows what there doing as far as checking in a truck, better communication skills , the correct refund I shouldn't have to call 5 days later to see why you guys are still trying to charge my card then Dont want to refund the correct amount.THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER

I can get over the fact the floor and seat was dirty but there was ashes in the door and the truck reeked of marijuana odor. I feel the truck should have been cleaned prior to me so the responsible party could be charged for cleaning.

I use u-Haul probably 3 to 4 times a year I always use the U-Haul on Kelton Pike location because it's in the area I have never been told about safe trip have always been informed about safe move , As a matter of fact I would never decline any insurance because I know that things happen is it in somewhere it is my responsibility to read the contract , good practicing businesses provide customer service and inform you of every product and why wouldn't they tell you about every insurance product You could have on a big commercial vehicle, It's more sales and more money in the stores pocket however no one ever mentioned to me about safe trip and our 29” UHAUL was stuck on a heel -The tires continue to spin the mud Tired from moving we called the store that we rented from and the manager told us to call AAA and knew that they didn't sound right so because I am a member I called AAA and of course they told me they had nothing to do with U-Haul and that they didn't deal with commercial vehicles and that U-Haul had their own roadside assistance number which the manager at U-Haul did not provide me with so the AAA agent Gave me the roadside assistance number for U-Haul I called we were held up for 3 1/2 hours and the total cost is $175 I will be calling corporate! I will say after I use the roadside assistance that the customer Service Tiffany agent was wonderful she continue to call back and check I do think she needs more practice on knowing what each insurance product offers because she couldn't tell me the difference between safe move and safe trip in the beginning but then she went and clarified it with her manager

Make sure the overnight book is functional. Arrive to return equipment and could not leave keys . This cause me to loose time the next day to double back to drop off keys. Employees were courteous which is saying a lot nowadays.

Check in at site was horrible. Poor computer skills by attendant. Then issued a truck out of the middle of a row. Had to move other trucks before I could leave. Drivers door was damaged and popped against the fender every time you opened the door. These mistakes didn't happen when Owen was the Manager

for the last few months I have had problems with my account, last month, i thought it was resolved. Went in paid my bill only to find one of my units had a lock on it. Is there a problem with your system that it is difficult to use? Don't understand why is is such a problem. I like yhe unit and didn't want to move but this is really getting to be a problem when I need to get in my unit I should not have to go the the office and wait for 30 mIn the an hour to have this resolved again Please fix this this, thanks

I paid for a unit and not even a month later was trying to move in my belongings but was told I didn't have that storage room, it's been marked vacant & they basically had to issue me another storage. I had to pay insurance fee again and was told I will be reimbursed once corporate receives urgent message. Hopefully things are handled more responsibly in the future.
