Shelia B. | Overall ExperienceThe staff is polite but inconsiderate . I paid my settlement as agreed but then had to wait for over an hour to gain access . There was staff that had to inform me repeatedly that the manager was on the way. When the manager arrived she had a visible attitude and did not say a word to me, or even attempt to apologize. Then walk off. Like we were the problem or inconvenience and hadn’t been waiting for an hour or forced to be late to work. I’m coo on Uhaul.
