Between the general manager and assistant manager I don’t know who’s worse but very very rude disrespectful think that they can talk to people any kinda way they also tried to sale my storage way before the date that they gave me to make payment it was a overall bad experience the other staff was amazing and I really appreciate them for helping me out with getting my mother ashes and her belongings management needs to improve the way they communicate with customers because without the customer renting storage units and trucks what job would they have without the customers treat people how you want to be treated we all have hard times in life but don’t talk down on someone because they are having a hard time in life
