ANGELA BThe A/C on the truck I had wasn't working (JH3578B). I had this same truck a couple weeks earlier and it had the same issue. I reported the problem the other time, so apparently nothing was done to fix it.

LEVI ROverall, truck worked well. But, It wasn’t clean in the cab. There even was a laptop computer in the cab. I had to replace both wiper blades, fill the washer fluid, & put a quart of oil in.
John DMy only suggestion, if you don’t have appliance dollies available, it should say that on your website or it should say subject to availability! We truly needed the appliance dolly, and we didn’t get one. I would not have set it up with your specific location how I would’ve known that, it’s very disappointing
JACOB Dthe driver seat cover was broken and loose, the prices are too expensive, the lock system for the ramp let go while driving very dangerous!!!, however the staff was friendly and professional.

Demetrius A | Overall ExperienceYour Uhaul trailer nearly killed me. The leaf spring snapped in half and fused the tires together nearly Jack knifing my truck. I still have not got an apology or a full refund. Also, where I got the UHaul in Lewisville TX, the people are extremely rude and will not provide me with any information!
JAYME WFirst received a trailer with a bad tire. Took the trailer back and they quickly got a new one and I was off. No hassles and they addressed immediately.

JEFFREY CThis location has to be the worst. If it’s not, then U-Haul needs to close up shop. They gave my AT away an hour before I showed up for my appointment. And I was on time. I talked to at least 6 different people and got 6 different answers. Crazy experience. I will not step foot on that property again.

RODINO CEnsure driver mirror set screws are tightened as to maintain proper alignment. They were way too loose even for highway driving. Had to roll down the window multiple times to correct this. Steering column kind of janky too.

Pete WPickup trailer was average customer service. But the drop off was awful. Got there shortly after opening. Tried to do self checkout right outside front door and app wouldnt work. So I went in to ask for assistance and was told to drop trailer in corner. So I did. Went back in to check in for return and thats when Ariana T said she would check me out. Never looked at me and scoughed as though I was an inconvenience. She never looked at me and said your done. I said "thank you" agian no acknowledgement so I stopped to see if she heard me. She then glared at me as if to say go away. That's when I felt this was beyond having a bad day. Just a horrible person that hates her job and Apparently anyone needing her service. I will never do business with that location as long as she is there. She made me feel awful and pretty much ruined my day. Several hrs later and Im having to complain instead of Unpacking my stuff.

NEDAL RCustomer friendly for the most part and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that there were no appliance dollies to rent. I needed one to lift a refrigerator and load it into the truck I rented. I will say this, the cleaning lady at this facility is one of the best I've ever seen, she is always courteous and very friendly, she keeps the hallways smelling clean and fresh, she does a really good job, you should give her a RAISE, she deserves it. She also keeps the bathroom very clean and smelling well too. She is a good employee.
JULIAN MJordan was excellent. He provided the type of service U-Haul has and always should be known for. His hands on leadership approach was excellent and made me feel appreciated. Great job, Jordan.

Freddy MGlad to know they asked about the window, and they assisted me with unloading my vehicle, they introduced themselves and were extremely helpful. (Why not 5-stars, well I got charged $18 additional dollars.) Getting charged $380 for the day should have been enough, and it was returned the very next day within a very short time, and maybe this should go back to the Wichita Falls location, but it irritated me none-the-less. I would use Flower Mound Location Every time!!! They're awesome
Charlisa RIt was incredibly difficult to locate a key drop location. Maybe, they should make the sign much bigger and put it in a place where people can easily locate. I had to call 1800uhaul and of course, they couldn't help me. And I had to drive around the entire building to locate the key drop off area.

Ed SAgain, the process was super easy! The customer service was great as well as I didn't wait in line long. Nowadays you quite often see employees standing around doing nothing when there's a long line. It was not like that at all at this location. They saw that there were quite a few people waiting to be helped so they opened up enough lines to get us all out of there quickly!

denise wI did reserve a dolly and when I picked up my truck , the dolly was no longer available! Had to pick up heavy furniture with bare hands, I’m a female now my body ache with pains, but I will survive! Next time make sure what we reserve is available for your customers!

Wilder GPerson who checked us out was very rude, short with answers to questions and very impersonal. Pointed to the area where the truck was and did not even take the time to show us the truck. Inside of the truck was not clean. Toys, trash and food remains on the floor. Windshield was covered with bug so bad you could barely see out.

Irwin TWhen I arrived the staff was dealing with an irate customer that did not plan ahead and were very frustrated. The customers were very demanding and really taking their anger out on your staff. The guys up front handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. They were courteous and went out of their way to handle the situation in the most positive way possible. Great job guys 👍

MARILYN DThe tech forgot to tighten the screw to the hitch ball and it detached while driving down the freeway. What a scary experience going down the freeway at 60mph and detaches. Luckily it didn’t cause any damage or worse no one was injured.
TUAN LThe vehicle worked just fine it was not easy to get up to speed on the freeway but I expected that. The main part of the trailer was clean but there was what looked like a lot of saw dust on the shelf portion of the trailer. I am very pleased with our experience and will be using this location again.

Adalberto SAfter a horrible experience picking up the Uhaul in Austin it was refreshing to drop the truck off at the Lewisville location. The person who helped me was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure I received a refund for the equipment that was NOT provided by the Uhaul location in Austin where I originally picked up and checked in the Uhaul at this location even though I originally scheduled another drop off location. Highly recommend this location for your drop off and pick up needs!

Purchasing a lock and then having to purchase one from U-Haul solely because it’s not a uhaul branded lock is a bit ridiculous. I would also suggest paying your employees a bit more, they seemed very dissatisfied with their job and not very accommodating. I get that it’s a huge company…

Also no one should have to pay full price if they are not there the entire month. Had to pay a month of storage just for my belongs to be there 6 days. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this place.

I already have one storage unit, we moved our son up to this area and he ended up needing two. Overall, it is a good place to do business with. One last thing, the cleaning lady does a fantastic job and the place always have a great smell to it. She is very kind and respectful.
