Was moved to this location when my selected location didn't have equipment confirmed online. Several miles further from the needed location but I was charged the extra miles rather than compensated for the inconvenience. Mirrors on the truck wouldn't stay in place. Took over 30 min to get checked in on mobile. The additional person to verify is a joke. 2 people will full contact info on file and you need another person for them the contact at the crack of dawn â€¦not to mention when call it's just â€˜this person is renting a truck-thanks' with no explanation or anything.Jessica R.

Closes at 8pm, I arrived at 7:55 and they said they couldn't help return my trailer. So I did the rerun via app and they just sat and watched me (single female with a child in my truck) back up a trailer into location, unhook and chock it myself and then laughed while I struggled. Mobile check in itself was fine online, but the location is missing multiple items needed for the steps. There is no key drop off box for returns available anywhere outside on the property that can be found. Not sure if it's company policy to stop all vehicle returns 20 min prior to closing but it's irritating. Store hours should be complete customer service (to include rental check in) until the closing time. Either close at 630 and release the employees at 7 OR close at 7 and release employs at 730..Robert D.
HORRIBLE experience. They towed my vehicle after parking exactly where the guy inside told me to park. Then they started charging me DOUBLE every day for the rental fee until I returned the truck. I was also told I could keep it as long as needed, but then the store started calling every day saying they had reservations for other families. Even the day I returned the truck they said this. Come to find out, there were 3 other trucks of the same size sitting on the lot! When I called to find out who/where my vehicle was towed, I was told I had to drive to the location and look at the sign in the parking lot. They would not tell me over the phone, even though they were at the location! I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company, as they doubled the rate and started charging me daily. When I returned the truck, the app showed half the amount they charged to my card and they wanted to charge me MORE! Worst U-Haul experience ever. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Will NEVER use this location again, possibly never use U-Haul at all. 0 stars.Mason F.
The service upon return was very poor. Understaffed, way behind. Customers waiting a long time. A customer came out and said he had to wait 40 minutes just to rent a truck. Also the trailer I rented was dirty inside. The blankets I was given were mostly dirty and not folded or organized.
