Great rental and superior equipment. 6x12 enclosed with hinged door was easier to work in than roller door set-up. I felt safe using the trailer as it had new tires and was clearly well maintained!

This location has friendly staff that gets you out quickly and returning equipment is super easy and fast. Also the owner is on site doing the hands-on work which is great.

elizabeth B.The worst experience ever. I rented a car trailer to tow my sons car home from OH to MA. I did everything online in advance. The early check in is a joke, as you still need to wait in line. The gentleman that helped me did not have a clue on anything. He did not wear a mask which and was extremely unprofessional. He had to key all my information into the computer again. The computer was extremely slow and he keep banging and hitting it, along with swearing at it. My son in I were there for an hour. This guy could not find the car trailer in the system, as it was never checked in when it arrived a few days before. It was also backed in, and hooked up to a box truck. The Uhaul guy could not find the keys to the box truck, so there was no way to get the trailer. FINALLY, he found them on the floor. After an hour, we went out back to move the box truck. It was like 15 degrees and the guy had no jacket on. Walked all the way out there, then he had to walk all the way back because he forgot the keys. Once he came back, moved the box truck, then I backed my truck up to the trailer. I went to put it on, and the guy said "I need to do that sir! Legal reasons." He put the trailer on my hitch, and hooked up all the safety chains. He then took photos of it, along with the trailer lights. Finally we left. My sons apartment was only 1 1/2 miles down the road. We arrived and I pulled into the parking lot, and we got the trailer ready to put the car on. My son started to drive onto the car trailer slowly, and as soon as he reached a certain point on the ramps, The front of the trailer came off the ball, and because of the safety chains, moved forward and the hitch smashed into the back of my tail gate, scratching it, and putting a big dent in it. I called the hotline, and explained everything to the woman. She was very helpful. She gave me the number for 'roadside assistance' as well as their insurance company. Roadside came out and inspected the trailer to make sure it was now on properly (by me) and made an adjustment to the safety chain. As far as the insurance company goes, that was a huge pain in the ass, took 3 or 4 weeks from start to finish, and ended up costing me a little over $200 that was not covered. Do yourself a favor and read all these reviews. If your going to this location for boxes, then probably no issues. If your renting a boxtruck, or tow vehicle, then all I can say is good luck to you. Make sure you double check everything to save yourself some time, money and headaches.

Shirley H.I would suggest having two people at the counter to check people in and out. We arrived 20 minutes early to pick up. There were 4 customers ahead of us. We had help scheduled for 10am and had to contact each one of them, while we were still in line at 10am, to show up 15 minutes later. We understand it's hit and miss as to when you get customers, but it's very frustrating for those of us needing to get in and out as quickly as possibly. Just a suggestion.
